TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION:The only good thing about this place is my Therapist. No one calls you back, they tell you 24 hours but its never accurate. The phone system hangs up on you after 5 minutes of waiting, happens several times. Call center employees don't care about anything you tell them. They don't care to try and help you further. You can ask for a manager but they never reach out. If it wasn't for my Therapist I would not be a patient at this facility. For a mental health care facility they don't have any urgency to assist their patients in getting services they need.***office manager reach out after this review and got me in tomorrow instead of having to wait until march to be seen about my medications. If you have issues speak with Adriana she’s quick to get back to you and is helpful trying to get the help one needs.
