Cny Fertility Sarasota Florida's Online Review Report Card

I have been coming to this office for a few months now and I absolutely love it. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kondrup is simply amazing he just performed a surgery on me 5 days ago and he was outstanding! Office is very clean and kept well 10/10 recommend💜

I was very excited that CNY opened a facility in New York after all the great reviews I've read. It's unfortunate that I am a little down based on my experience. I had labs tests completed on 05/02, and its now 06/02 and still no word on my blood work, not even met the doctor, and still waiting to get my request for a MRI. Just disappointed and feel as if they forgot I was a patient. I selected this facility because here in Central Florida most fertility centers are only about the money. Thought this place was different. I gave three stars because the staff is amazing, just not happy with my process.

The Sarasota clinic is lovely. It’s newly remodeled and looks nice, feels clean. Dr Kondrup is at this clinic I think he may be my favorite doctor at CNY. (CNY has several clinics in New York and Colorado). Sarasota is the newest addition. All the girls are helpful and sweet. I really enjoyed walking into this clinic each visit, the staff is wonderful. Sidenote…the single negative review here is by a person with only 3 reviews…all negative.

I visited CNY Fertility in Sarasota several times for cycle monitoring. Each time my nurse was Lisa and she was absolutely wonderful! A ray of sunshine. She always seemed happy, upbeat and had a positive outlook. She made time to answer my questions even during routine monitoring appointments, and I never felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. Thank you CNY and Lisa for amazing care.

I called the Sarasota office today, the lady who answered the phone she said her name is KERI, she was eating the whole time during our conversation, she didn't bothered to stop eating for once and answer my question instead she sounds upset of me calling,all her answers were YES/NO not helpful. Most of CNY staff are amazing but this one "KERI" if I spell her name right, Is rude/not professional. Infertility is a stressful journey by it self and we have been through alot. CNY gave us hope but a staff member like KERI makes this journey more stressful. She knows how she talked to me with disrespect and it hurts.

So grateful to have found such a compassionate clinic.

I recommend 1000% !! My first time coming to this location The staff is amazing, great customer service, all the staff are knowledgeable answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Jessica wood is an Amazing Rn nurse, sweet and made me feel so comfortable through my check up. I felt so right at ease right away. Can’t wait on what is to come with this incredible team!

I have been coming to this office for a couple of days so far to do monitoring and I'm very glad and happy with the attention received. All the staff is very professional and nice. Jeniffer, who drawn the blood has very good hands and the nurses Ana and Lisa explain everything in detail and answer all my questions making me feel calm. Thanks!!! I highly recommend CNY fertility!!!

I drive 2 hours to get there and the staff there are good people specifically Jessica! She’s an amazing person and always helpful
