Dr. D is one of the kindest, intelligent, concerned physicians I have ever met. He makes the time to listen to your concerns and he will direct you to a specialist as needed with no problems. He does his best to give samples of medications as needed to help lower your Rx. expenses.

Dr. Daiello has been my parents' primary care physician for about 5-6 years. What I appreciate about him is that he listens to the patient and family. Of course he is charting on the computer during the appointment, but that is the reality of medicine nowadays. He may ask you to hold a thought while he types, but if you show him respect he will respect you with a listening ear. He's not a pushover, he will not necessarily agree with everything the patient or family says. But we go to see a doctor for an expert opinion, not for someone who will simply agree with us. Office staff is a mixed bag, but I am very grateful for Dr. Daiello.

As a physician, when I'm the patient, I look for a doctor who will take the time to work with me and my health according to my preferences, rather than following a cookie cutter approach to medical care. I went to Dr. Daiello, because I have had patients who worked well with him over long periods of time. All patients want to be heard by their doctor. Dr. Daiello listened and arrived at a mutual health plan with me and discussed my checkup lab results with me in detail. He's intelligent, thorough, and has a friendly bedside manner.

Dismissive of the elderly-Not proactive. My dad always healthy and all of the sudden was losing weight and significantly declining and this doc never took it seriously- it wasn’t until it was insisted he get looked at more carefully that METS was found. This man treated my father for over 20yrs and said he didn’t know and he “never told him” he wasn’t feeling well- how do you not know your SAME loyal patient for over 20yrs and not notice something is off in weight or overall demeanor? It wasn’t until my dad looked horrible and it was last stages of cancer that ANYthing was even known. Even then- my dad was sent to an oncologist and then hospice and we never heard ONCE from this man. By then it was all too late. He never took the time to send us any acknowledgment nor did he ever call to see how my dad was doing.. I went to his office to discuss my mom’s care and he never showed his face. Stay away! His vacations and charging for waste of time wellness visits are his priority.
