Diego Ramos-Rivera's Online Review Report Card

For the last 4 years my wife and me have been in the look for a good primary doctor since we are alone in this country and do not have any kind of trustful health support. After a good search we came to this physician asking for an appointment and start out our relationship with him. When we finally thought we have found a good doctor who could take care kindly of our health needs he kept us waiting for more than two months to give us an answer about whether he was going to approve us as patients or not. After repeated calls to his office to know about the status of our approval as new patients and after the staff always have told us that he was still evaluating if we were “good enough” for him to take cara of us they finally came out with the answer that we have not been approved by the physician. We want to put a claim for discrimination based on race since the reason of this denial we clearly know it was because we quited from going to another doctor that it happens to be one of his best friends Dr. Reinaldo Arroyo. Is a medical shame that this kind of situations are still present nowadays in this country and much more when they do it blatantly without any remorse and fear of authority or the consequences these kind of behaviors may bring over to their table.

This doctor is a hot head. My elderly Grandma who has been a patient for a long time waited nearly two hours for her scheduled appointment to see him. When he came into the room she mentioned it to him. He immediately got defensive put his finger in her face and berated her. By the end of her appointment had her apologizing to him Mean nasty little man.

Dr. Ramos Rivera takes time to listen to you and genuinely cares about every patient. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Ramos has been my primary doctor for about 5 years now. He is always very thorough you never feel rushed and he always asked probing questions to make certain he is not missing anything. I highly recommend him. His staff is also very professional and courteous.

I have been with Dr. RamosRiveras practice since very little and he always listen and very caring . His staff is awesome Sticking with him

Every office here is Unorganized the make appointment line just rings and rings morning and afternoon. Dr. Donovan doesnt care what symptoms or ailments you are having. He formulates his ideas before you sit down in his office. He wont listen to you one Bit. He just mumbles with one hand on the door waiting for you to leave. He literally was answering my questions in the hallway while he was walking away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. plenty of other offices in this town. This one doesnt care about you as an individual. Smh

I was totally dissapointment with this doctor a lot of time wait and terrible attention I have a new doctor now and Im very happy with my new doctor.
