Dipesh Deray's Online Review Report Card

We are new to the practice in the last year and are so grateful to the staff and Dr. Deray for their kind and compassionate care. My family and I feel understood and heard when we seen, and that is so important to us. While they are very busy, I always get a call back and they always fit me in when needed. Thanks Dr. Deray!

We found Dr. Deray by chance when looking for a PCP after relocating. We feel truly blessed to have connected with Dr. Deray, as well as his Nurse Practioners and staff. We call in quite often, and despite high volume of calls and messages, they always do their best to respond ASAP. Thank you AMA!

Dr. Deray takes about 5 min to see me, he was in a rush make me feel very uncomfortable because he didn't care. Noe they have these young assistance in the front desk that are extremely rude and unprofessional this place used to be ok but now is terrible.

Soy nueva paciente del Dr DeRay pero no me vio el sino una asistente que por cierto muy amable y preocupada por ni salud. No sé porqué no me mandó mis medicamentos si los necesito para aliviar mis dolores. Lo negativo de estar con ellos es la asistencia telefónica...no atienden nunca.

Dr.DeRay was amazing. He explained what I was feeling in my sensory system. No one ever explained this to me so I truley understood what was going on with me. I now have an answer I have been searching for years after injury. I now can move forward to get a procedure done to assist me with pain… DrDeRay listened to me TRY to explain the sensations I was having He put my words into his words of explaination… He truley is an awesome doctor who I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND….😊 Thank you Dr. DeRay for your kindness & taking the time to explain to me what I could not understand was happening and what had happened after injury 5 years ago. Dr. Deray has exceptional listening skills, and is very attentive. His nursing staff are awesome. My only critique is that it is difficult to get through to anyone on the automated system, and at times impossible to leave a message. But when I am able to leave a message someone gets back to me by the end of the day.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Deray for over 3 years. His counsel, learning, and gracious demeanor has been a true asset for my family. Even after I moved up to Palmetto, I continue to use Dr. Deray as my primary physician.

I have been a patient of Dr. Deray for 2.5 yrs. He is very thorough and also listens attentively and spends time with his patients.

Dr Deray and and the staff are good, Their even better if you can actually see them. My only issue is the staff doesn’t answer the phone, If the voice mail system is working you can leave a message, The prescription refill system has never worked once for me. Most of the time the voice mail system is full and you are not able to leave a message.

I was a patient of Dr. Deray for 14 months and I've never been treated so badly by a doctor I'm my life. His bedside manners are inexcusable. I've been clean n sober for almost 6 hard years and he stayed that he thinks I might be "dabbling" in street drugs. I also suffer from mental illness, he had no empathy for anything. I suffer from nightmares,p.t.s.d. severe anxiety and depression, childhood trauma ect. I'm on a lot of medication and I take it as prescribed. He stated I shook a lot along with tremors. I take trazadone high dosage can cause tremors. I have an eating disorder which he made feel like I was some strange creature. No empathy for mental illness or a disease called anorexia. I will never recommend Jim to anyone ever. He made a lot of hurtful statements about that I will never forget!
