Dr. Erb (pain specialist) at Kennedy-White Orthopedic was not comforting or sympathetic to the severe pain I was having in my back while administering facet injections.

Initial visit- discussed lidocaine injection into hip joint to diagnose location of groin and knee pain. Had injection, dr. Erb did not test hip for pain location by moving leg side to side after shot. Leg could not be raised as thigh pain was immediately bad. As soon as procedure ended, staff quickly got me up and out the door- TOO FAST.

Promptly was given initial appointment, and Dr. Erb listened and showed concern and explained nerve ablation procedure, which I agreed to beginning with the cortisone injection. Three weeks later I have not been scheduled despite my calls and a call by my GP. Crystal has called back twice to curtly inform me "it is being processed." I checked with my insurance carrier, and Dr. Erb's office has not submitted a request. This injection has been fully covered in the past by my insurance. I am ready to find another physician. Can't stand the pain any longer!

1st visit, Dr. Web took time which is becoming obsolete in the medical field these days. I left feeling well informed, as I also took my time and asked questions to make ME comfortable with decisions on procedure. Also took time to fill out my paperwork Great 1st visit, wonderful doctor and office staff.

There are no adequate words to describe Dr Erb. Above all, he listens to you which is the most important. He is genuine, professional, caring, knowledgeable and gives you his attention and his time.

My life has never been the same. Not in a good way. In 2020 I had cervical facet injections with Dr Erb and after the second set of injections I ended up in the Sarasota Memorial ER with high blood pressure and horrible upper back pain that I am still dealing with 18 months later. I called the office several times and they just gave me more medications. My life has not been the same since July 22 2020. I now have chronic upper back pain and neck pain.
