When our daughter was diagnosed with autism, we were overwhelmed with questions, fear, and uncertainty. We knew early intervention was crucial, but our first experience with a different provider left us disheartened. The constant staff turnover made it impossible to build trust or see meaningful progress. Then we found Edge Therapies—and everything changed. From the moment we connected with Mrs. Jill and her incredible team, we felt a sense of hope and support that had been missing. Our daughter has made tremendous strides since starting with them. The consistency of seeing the same therapists and speaking with the same kind and knowledgeable administrative staff has made all the difference. It has allowed our daughter to feel comfortable, safe, and supported—not to mention supportive to us as parents by answering questions, explaining things or what they are doing- giving you tools as a parent to help you’re child outside of therapy sessions. One of the most meaningful examples of the dedication we’ve experienced was when Mrs. Jill took time from her own schedule to attend our daughter's IEP review. She acted as a true advocate—making sure our daughter’s needs were clearly communicated and that we had knowledgeable support on our side. That kind of commitment is rare these days, and it meant the world to us. Edge Therapies has also been incredibly flexible and accommodating with our schedule, always working with us rather than around us. It’s clear that every person on their team is passionate, experienced, and deeply committed to helping each child reach their fullest potential.

So thankful for Miss Jill and Edge Therapies! Before now it was impossible for Dexon to say certain letter sounds like R and was lisping S and Z. I have been working diligently with him his whole life and reading and learning a little about speech sounds to help correct this. What I wasn’t able to do in years, Jill did in 5 sessions coming to our home!! Dexon absolutely adores her and tried to refuse graduating! She brought games and activities and made it fun. And I’ll mention, Dexon is the most stubborn human I have ever known but he worked so well with Jill.

Jill has really helped our son communicate better and more effectively.

We have had a wonderful experience with Edge Therapies, LLC, especially with Jill Pendergast for my son's speech therapy. He's been working with Jill for about a year now, and we’re amazed at his progress and confidence. Our son has worked with both Ms. Jill and Ms. Alyssa! His speech has improved so much and he always talks about the fun games they play with him. As a mom, I was so nervous that speech therapy would make him feel pressured or negatively impact his self esteem, but it has been incredible for him! They provide weekly notes with his progress and small tips for how we can work with him at home, too. Thank you, Jill and Alyssa, for supporting our boy!!

We've had a wonderful experience with Edge Therapies for my 2 year old son, Luke! Jill helped get him started with their therapy services and got us scheduled quickly. She also introduced me to a scholarship to help with funding and walked me through the process on how to apply! Luke is currently working with Ms. Kiera in speech therapy. Within the first few weeks of working with her, Luke became comfortable with her- she makes therapy so much fun! He can be really nervous about new people and experiences, but Kiera was able to adapt and adjust to fit his needs and gain his trust within just a couple of sessions. I notice his attention, engagement and receptive language is improving already. Kiera has been so patient, kind, and professional and we look forward to many more sessions with her. We can't wait to see how much she helps Luke improve with his speech and language over time. We also plan to begin occupational therapy with Edge Therapies. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for therapy services for their kiddo(s)! Edit to add: we started OT and Victoria is also incredible! She is so knowledgeable and its obvious she loves what she does! She's built a great relationship with Luke and knows exactly what kind of activities he will like. What I really appreciate is how Kiera and Victoria work together to build a personalized plan targeted for the kiddos they both see (like Luke). I believe their team work and communication has been a huge factor in Luke's progress!

Thankful for Edge Therapies and all their help with my son when he was having trouble with speech and behavioral issues at daycare. He completed almost a year of speech therapy and can honestly say we have seen such a complete difference in him versus when he first started therapy. His therapist, Kiera, was very professional, patient, and highly motivated to help my son engage in speech and behavioral related activities. Her progress notes from each session were very detailed and allowed us to understand what type of session my son had each time and feedback was given to help us help our son improve outside of daycare.

So happy to have found Edge Therapies for my son. His OT Brittany was the absolute best! The support she provided my son and his teachers has really helped him to flourish and have success in the classroom.

My son’s speech therapists and OT are wonderful. Kiera, Lindsey, Brittany, and Jill are all very engaged not just in sessions with my son, but outside of the sessions as well. Always checking in, sending links to things we can do at home to build on his progress, documenting his sessions and the progress he is making so we can follow through with his gains at home. My son has a delay in speech as well as in some fine motor skills and he has made immense improvement since starting with Jill about a year ago. My son went from barely saying anything at all to now verbalizing his feelings and needs. How fortunate we are to have such a talented group of therapists right here in our backyard. I highly recommend Edge Therapies for any family searching for the push their child may need.
