Dr. Herman was very professional as well as, well, nice! He explained every step of the procedure. In addition, he provided full written instructions, in two formats. One side of the page was pre-injection information, while the other side listed detailed instructions post injection. These written instructions plus his verbal directions were more than adequate. He’s a 10 out of 10. (FYI: I rarely bother to give written feedback).

Yesterday I had my first appointment with Dr. Herman. He explained my procedure, a cortisone shot on my hip, and carefully explained my follow up care instructions. Based on input from friends I expected quite a bit of pain but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t what I expected. Today the injection site was tender, but the pain in my hip was considerably better. Good job Dr. Herman!
