My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Pabon for a few months now and are very happy so far! The whole office staff is kind and helpful. Most notable though, was the Hysterosalpingography. I was nervous before having this procedure done as my sister had one years ago (by a different doctor) that was painful and unpleasant. The entire staff at the Doctors Same Day Surgery Center (where the procedure was performed) exceeded my expectations - everyone from the nurses to the x-ray tech went above and beyond; just so friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant. The procedure itself was a breeze - lasted for about maybe 15-20 minutes once in the room, and was completely painless. Dr. Pabon is a skilled physician, but also had great bedside manner and chatted through the whole thing to help keep my mind off of what was happening. It was nice to be able to see what was happening in real time and have Dr. Pabon explain what we were seeing/looking at. Looking forward to continuing our fertility journey!

So, I had the HSG procedure and was very nervous because I read on the internet it might be very painful. But Dr Pabon kept me informed the whole time . There was some discomfort at the beginning but Dr. Pabon made sure to do everything in his power to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Explained all the images that were taken in depth. My experience was nothing like the internet described it. Thank you To the nurses and Dr. Pabon for making it a comfortable experience.

This was my second time using Dr. Pabon and his amazing staff to monitor my body before an embryo transfer as a gestational surrogate (for an out of state clinic). Dr.Pabon has a great bed side manner, his medical staff are all courteous, introduce themselves and seem to be a team. Thank you Dr. Pabon and everyone! I would highly recommend this place to anyone on a fertility journey locally.

I was a patient of Dr. Pabon's for three months and found him and his staff very inflexible, cold, and uncaring. I dreaded every appointment because it was usually 15 minutes of Dr. Pabon telling me I was too obese to get pregnant, despite the fact that all of my testing showed optimal levels on all my bloodwork and fertility tests. (By the way, I have a BMI of 29, 23% body fat, and wear a size 8 pant.) Dr. Pabon repeatedly tried to sell me on a "low carb" diet, despite the fact that he holds no degree or additional education in nutrition, at least to my knowledge. His office was happy to take my calls and messages when it came to collecting payments from me but would NEVER reply to my requests for receipts on the said payments. It took THREE MONTHS for me to be given a single receipt, after I had already paid over $1,000 to be called obese three appointments in a row and to have bloodwork ordered that would have been covered by my insurance. My last grievance regards the inflexibility of the office team. Over the phone, I was told that my pre-HSG exam would be included in the $350 consultation fee I already paid. I had also paid $550 for the HSG procedure itself and an additional $250 to the surgery center. During check-out post-exam, I was told that I owed ANOTHER $300 for the exam, because conveniently the office never told me that the ultrasound that was conducted during the exam was NOT included in the consultation fee. I asked to be invoiced this bill as I do not carry credit cards unless I expect an expense, and they told me there was no way they could invoice me. The only thing they could do was cancel my HSG procedure (which can only be performed once a month, so I would have had to do this all again in another month) and take the amount I had already paid to over the cost of the ultrasound. Ultimately, I decided to leave this practice due to the treatment I received by Dr. Pabon and his staff. While trying to conceive should be a happy time in my life, Dr. Pabon made it miserable. Unless you have a BMI below 25 and always have at least $500 in cash on you, I would look elsewhere for a fertility clinic.

I just did my first egg donation at this clinic and I was impressed by how nice everyone I interacted with always was. The great communication really put me at ease for my first time. The staff and Dr. Pabon were great throughout this journey. Thank you!

This review is long overdue- we started seeing Dr. Pabon and his team in July of 2021 due to a diagnosis of unexplained infertility. My husband and I had almost been trying for three years to get pregnant (with one miscarriage in between). All of our labs came back normal with no reasoning behind our struggle to get pregnant so we decided to follow up at Dr. Pabon’s office. Dr. Pabon felt confident that IUI was the route we should take for our pregnancy attempts and we are so thankful we did because we fell pregnant on the first round. We are so thankful for Dr. Pabon and his team for making our dream of having a baby come true. We now have the most beautiful 6 month old little girlie all thanks to Dr. Pabon and his team. We cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

Dr. Pabon is very professional, intentional about his methods and his attention to detail is exceptional. I have been a gestational surrogate twice and the second time was for a family who worked with Dr. Pabon. I wish I could have had him for both journeys because he is straight to the point and I appreciated how any questions or concerns were resolved promptly and effectively. Ultimately, our first transfer was a success and a healthy and beautiful baby was born.
