I got my inclusion March 6 2020. They were to bill my insurance which they did. The remainder which was several thousand dollars was provided and they made a copy of the co pay assistance card. I just got a bill April 2021. Over a year later asking me for the balance they were to charge to the copay assistance card which I no longer have as I am no longer on the medication. Unbelievable I would give no stars if I could.

My experience with Dr Koehler is that he appears to care for his patients but does not cared more for the money he continues to give high price keytruda after he knows its doing nothing to help and he does not call to see if he patients are dead or alive does not have guts to call n say hes sorry for the loss not even a sympathy card

The kindness of all the employees from reception nurses aids nurses doctors etc are the kindest people I have ever met. They take a scary experience and help to make it less so.❤

Update 10.18.18 This place is amazing if your insurance accepts FL Cancer Specialists dont call around just go. Dr. Patel and Dr. Nancy really care about their patients. They listen inform and help as much as possible. Dr. Nancy has personally called me to check on me after some rough chemo cycles. How many Drs do that themselves? Very few. Their assistants usually make calls to check on patients which is a normal process I usually have no issue with. FL Cancer Specialists chemo delivery team in the back room is top notch and they are so good at making their area a stress free zone even though they are working so hard and treating multiple patients at the same time. Big shout out to Tanya Joanie Jogina. They are amazingly blessed and compassionate nurses providing what I consider the most important medical treatment a human will ever receive. Florida Cancer Specialists took great care of mother for a year and a half before she passed. At first she was a little lost but they helped her feel welcome and were very professional. The nurses who had administered her medication were very kind and caring and lighthearted. Every bit helps when youre in the situation of needing this kind of care. My mom saw Dr Patel who was very good and highly knowledgeable. He was very patient with me and my family as we asked our laymens questions. Id recommend them highly.
