Got an appointment really quick. The operation I needed was explained to me and was setup within 2 weeks. I had Dr. Abdalkadar.

Dr. Charles Loewe is such a Great Doctor as well as his staff, my family and I highly recommend Sarasota center for Digestive Disease.

The staff at the Center For Endoscopy is great with patients prior to the patients being put to sleep. Dr. Loewe has great experience at his craft and overall a very very good Gastroenterologist, but doesn't always share it very well in the post-procedure meetings.

Don't waste your time. I received a referral from my Doctor to Doctor Southerland. I was supposed to be called for an appointment - never happened. I called instead, several times. I had to leave a message every time. I can't believe they don't have anyone to answer the phone and make appointments - but - if they don't have a receptionist then at least have the courtesy to call your potential patients back, if you insist on us leaving a message then you should at least call us back. Incompetent and unacceptable. I now have a referral to another Gastro doctor - one with a receptionist.

Don't waste your time with this practice. My internist referred me, but this practice doesn't have a receptionist all you ever get is an answering machine and they don't return calls. Very unprofessional, total waste of time! Only selected a star to give a review.

Very happy with Dr. Baquero!! I could tell immediately that this is a physician who cares and is intent on healing.

When calling the office it is very difficult to get ahold of someone. The phones are rarely answered. When I was able to get ahold of someone, I would attempt to speak to the nurse of my doctor. When she was busy, a "note" was left for her to call me the next day, but I would not hear back for multiple days.

Very well run office with efficient but kindly staff. Dr. Loewe is excellent. I saw him several years ago and for a variety of reasons my current visit was overdue. He was interested and patient in listening to and discussing my questions and concerns. To my way of thinking he offers the best of both worlds, i.e., many years of experience combined with interest in keeping up with the latest in the field. We have a plan of action that makes sense to both of us and I feel confidence in his recommendations. What more can one ask for?

I have a chronic illness. I know my care plan. I have educated myself and had this illness since i was a teen. I dont feel like the dr here listens. I get a distinct feeling he would rather shill partner products then actually provide medical assistance. He doesnt follow up with perscriptions or respond to the pharmacy when they reach out for alternatives my insurance will cover. When i visited this office regularly several years ago trying to get a better care plan the office lost payments. The office requires pre payment before entering for the appointment. I had no insurence at one point and had to pay out of pocket, so way more then $10. They then claimed i had not paid for 3 appointments. Since i didnt keep my reciepts i had to pay it before i could see him for a refill appointment on a much needed drug. There is a distinct difference in how much he listens when my husband accompanies me. My husbands explinations of my symptoms is handled with more weight and severity then my own. It feels like i am being treated like i have hysteria, not uc when i go alone.
