Francene R. Martin's Online Review Report Card

This office has seriously gone from the best to the worst over the past year. Rude front end people answering the phone and condescending tones to my needing attention to my “acute” physical needs. Days to weeks before receiving a call back. I was told by the Dr herself that I would be “seeing “ her with my condition it never happened. Kept being referred to the P.A. Never saw the Dr again after being diagnosed. There are better Gastroenterologist out there who specializes on personal patient to Dr relationships.

Excellent kind and caring doctor recommend her highly.

I just had two procedures done with Dr. Francene Martin a little over a week ago and all I can say is she remains one of the best doctors in re to my healthcare Not only is she so kind caring and truly concerned about her patients she is very easy to speak with and makes things understandable. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Martin. Her nurses PA and office staff are all positive and sensitive to a patients needs. They make sure you are doing well before and after the procedure. I even received a follow up phone call after a few days to see how I was doing. If 10 stars were available to be given to Dr. Martin and her team I wouldThank you Dr. Martin and the illustrious staff for everything

Beware of this practice. You can’t get help when you need it quickly. They don’t return calls or messages for several weeks. I finally got scheduled for a colonoscopy that was supposed to happen tomorrow her office calls tells me she canceled it because I don’t like her nurse practitioner switched to see the PA in the same office. She is also part owner in their endoscopy center gets a cut of the pay for the center itself. It’s impossible to see her in the office if you’re having an acute problem her NP doesn’t listen well when you have an illness. I only wish I could give negative stars.

Dr. Martin is OK but her staff is rude and condescending like all Intercoastal employees. They do not honor appointments. I left my job early an hour away but they cancelled the appointment without telling me. Despite admitting she called the wrong number she was still condescending even though she could barely speak English. You will see pretty quickly they dont care about you and have ZERO RESPECT for your time. I have been waiting for months for a colonoscopy that my 3 other doctors say is urgent but they keep cancelling. Intercoastal is a mill. They treat you like objects at best farm animals. I would go to a smaller place where the people treat you like a person.

Waiting for a call back from Dr. Martins Office. Its been a week. On the web it said they were open when calling them back on a Monday they were closed. The person who answers the phone is very sharp with in coming calls.

I had a colonoscopy today...every person in the center was wonderful....so many staff taking care of me....I would highly recommend this doctor.

I was very impressed with the attentive behavior of Dr. Martin especially having had at least 6 other doctors for colonoscopies. She actually met me at the initial appointment where others hadnt. She was very personable and went over my colonoscopy history. She met with me before she performed the procedure and went over the procedure. She met with me after I woke up after the procedure and discussed what she had done. As far as Im concerned she went above and beyond compared to other colonoscopy doctors Ive had. Im so happy to have Dr. Martin as my new gastroenterologist. I sadly have a history of any precancerous polyps.

If it were possible Id leave a Zero star review because thats how much patient care I received at this office. Even though Ive been an Intercoastal Medical Group patient for decades today I was denied seeing the doctor after driving a half hour to get there because I didnt have my Medicare supplement card with me. I said I would call later today with that information but was still denied. Clearly all this office cares about is money and not their patients. I will never go back.
