Very unprofessional Front Desk (Liz). I received multiple calls regarding re-scheduling my appointment and I happily obliged each time. My appointment was cancelled last minute which is fine but I do not appreciate being told rudely that it was my fault that I never received the last message when there wasn't one left on my phone. I had cleared out my afternoon work appointments to make time for this appointment. From my experience if the front desk person cannot be trusted you cant trust the doctors either. I recommend going elsewhere.

Doctor is extremely professional and a very nice man. Thank you for your service! My name is Carlee Miller. Liz called me, today, and left a message. She said she needed to reschedule my appointment that was set for tomorrow 1st of April at 11:00. Please, call me back to reschedule my appointment tomorrow. I cannot seem to get anyone at your phone number or any extension. The recording you have just keeps repeating the announcement message. but does not go to any extension I select. You called me today around 10 AM to reschedule with Dr. George Mansour. My appointment is tomorrow, April 1st, 2021 at 11:00 AM but I'm not able to get through to Liz at 201... to reschedule ?? Tried to call you, again and again, to no avail?? I would be very happy to reschedule another appointment, but you must call me.... I can't get through to you for some reason?? Thank you....
