Loved Dr. Benjaminson .. answered all my questions .. His nurse Jessica is awful ! Never returns my calls or even listens to my messages ...she claimed I missed my Appt when I called no less than 3 times to cancel it due to surgery ..never returned calls of multiple messages .. awful !!

Dr. Benjaminson is compassionate and he and his staff move fast to get results. He is willing to squeeze people into his schedule if something acute pops up in one of his patients. Very nice man.

Dr. Benjaminson refused to return my phone calls after I continued to get worse after an office visit. I was vomiting and could not keep any food or liquids down. He was my primary care doctor and without his referrals, I couldn’t see a specialist or get any tests done. He refused to even answer my phone calls. I ended up going to an Urgent Care and they were able to send me for tests, prescribe medications and refer me to a specialist. Both Dr. Benjaminson and Dr. Harris are terrible doctors.

If you're looking for a dingy office with a front desk staff of that are rude and could care less about your needs, then this is the right place for you. Come for the empty fishtank, stay for the callous indifference.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Benjaminson on May 4th and came away very impressed. He took his time, answered my questions, and gave me sound advice.

Dr. Benjaminson is great! Just wish the people or person who takes his calls was a little better in a patient relations and customer service way, not a great attitude or any followup with my helth concerns or issues!

Need a PCP in Sarasota. Called to make an appointment. On hold in excess of 15 min. CS was no help. First available appointment was 6 weeks from my call. Explained problem and asked if it was possible to work me in. Nope. Doc must have more patients than he needs OR he needs to retrain his appointment schedulers. Very unprofessional and not compassionate. I got better service from Urgent Care!
