My appointment was at 12:15. I was asked to arrive at noon to fill out paperwork which I did. At 1:30. I still had not been seen by the doctor so I left. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am tired of it with the medical field. There were no apologies, and during that time no one came in to explain to me, what was happening, and when I asked upon leaving I got only the excuse that extra time was needed for the prior patient who was also new. I will not be returning.

my appointment was at 12:15. They asked me to come in early, at noon so that I would be ready for my appointment. I did so. They let me back into the room where I waited until 130. No one came in to tell me what was going on and no one apologized. At 1:30 I open the door to leave and was told I was next. I questioned why I have been waiting an hour and 15 minutes beyond my appointment time. I was told brusquely that a good doctor allows extra time for his patients if needs arise, such as talking to a new patient about surgery. I then asked why more time was not left for a new patient when it was scheduled. No reply, no apology. I will find another surgeon.

Dr Moor and his staff are very professional. This was my first visit and he answers my questions and sending me out for MRI!

Dr. Moor was very thorough and patient explaining my issues. He actual moved my legs, hips and back, turning, twisting , etc., asking what hurt and checking my range of motion.

I think Dr M gets a 5 star for patient relations as he is very kind and friendly, but a 4 star for timely appointments. I was there on time and was kept waiting over a half hour, which in turn made me run late for other appointments.
