Well one X ray and examination got to the bottom of my hip problem, Dr Moor really diagnosed my issues quickly, amazing doctor, follow on care will be at my discretion, super helpful for my peace of mind.

My appointment was at 12:15. I was asked to arrive at noon to fill out paperwork which I did. At 1:30. I still had not been seen by the doctor so I left. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am tired of it with the medical field. There were no apologies, and during that time no one came in to explain to me, what was happening, and when I asked upon leaving I got only the excuse that extra time was needed for the prior patient who was also new. I will not be returning.

I was scheduled for 1215 and was asked to come in at noon to fill out paperwork. I did so. I was immediately taken into a back room where I waited until 130. At that time I rose to leave and asked why the doctor was so late, and if there had been an emergency. I was told, rudely, that any good doctor will need to have extra time if the patient has extra questions and a new patient was before me so that was the reason. I asked politely why if a new patient was coming in before me, why was there not more time scheduled or why was I told when I checked in and asked, that the doctor was running absolutely on time. No answer. I was ushered out.

I questioned why I have been waiting an hour and 15 minutes beyond my appointment time. I was told brusquely that a good doctor allows extra time for his patients if needs arise, such as talking to a new patient about surgery. I then asked why more time was not left for a new patient when it was scheduled. No reply, no apology. I will find another surgeon.
