Jyoti Yeli's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Yeli gets 5 stars she is thorough and lends you her time...just called to get records and the person answering the phone was RUDE as hell...they get one star. Just need my mammo records from the Dr. for comparison and it turns out getting my records is more difficult than brain surgery.

This place may have the most incompetent staff I have ever come across. No one knows anything, they give you the run around. Then they leave you on hold forever just to talk to someone else thats got no clue and then placed back on hold to speak to the same person. I will definitely be looking elsewhere for a new Dr. unfortunately when your staff is incompetent you lose patients. Maybe take the time to train your girls or find someone who knows what they’re doing because your girls don’t. When you call @ 8:30 when “they open” the voicemail says they are currently closed. finally spoke to someone at 9 who said they would get back to me right away never did a thing. I called back at 11 and no one knew who I was or that I had already spoken to someone. Health care has gone down the drain and it is so sad because I work in the medical field and know the games they are playing. Very sad to treat a sick patient like it’s nothing while I am in pain. Perhaps one day they be in my chair with a toothache??

Started bad and went to awful !! I was recommended to Dr. Yeli from my Gastroenterologist. I called the office to start the process and was told I couldn't email info like most Doctors and had to come in, she said they were open till 4:30. I took a couple hours off work and walked in to the office the same day at 4:05 with all my info from my G.I. in my hand and ready to transfer to their paperwork. Lady at desk was immediately unfriendly and told me they were closing and I would need to come back. Took me 6 minutes at home to do the paperwork I was ready for! I had to take a couple more hours off work and drop paperwork off, same unfriendly lady took my paperwork and said we will call you. Over 2 weeks no call. Called them back and I was told my high end Humana Insurance I needed to be on a "roster" and pick Dr Yeli as my Dr. I called Humana, no not true, I have a HMO/HML Premier policy and I do not need referrals and this policy they do not do "rosters"(reason I spent more money for this policy) Humana told me this is common that providers are not use to this higher end policy and they will call them to clear it up. They called the office and they refused to speak to them about this issue. I was then told to talk with Kizzy the office manager who was even more unfriendly. Told me she would send this info to the department that handles insurance and would get back to me...10 more days go by no call. After 3 attempts to get a hold of Kizzy and no call backs she accidently answers the phone. Tells me they will not take my high end Human Insurance if I'm not on a "Roster" and has the tenacity to say to me ,i was told this from day 1. SHE NEVER EVEN TRIED TO CLEAR THIS UP OR ASK THE DEPARTMENT OR HAD ANY INTENTIONS OF CALLING ME BACK, why wouldn't they call Humana or take their call in a network they are in! If you have the best Humana Insurance this office will not take you! I now have to go back to my G.I. Dr. and tell him what took place and tell him he shouldn't recommend her when you have great Humana Insurance. I was recommend to Dr Yeli from a very good Doctor, telling me Dr Yeli is probably very good too. I needed a Dr. 2 months ago, now another month has gone by and I have to start over. Very disappointed I will never meet her.

Dr. Yeli was very thorough with regards to getting a clearance for an upcoming surgery. I feel like she cares about me which you don't get that often with other physicians. She listens to me and spends the time to show that she cares and that means alot to me!

It was lab work only, but all good vibes and thoughts toward the people in the lab!

I was hospitalized in another state and was to have a televisit with my PCP in Sarasota. The hospital's WiFi was so spotty that we couldn't make the video connection, so I was able to talk to her on the telephone, explained why I was in the hospital and what they were doing for me. She was very concerned about the situation. After my discharge from the hospital, I am following up with her with a televisit to update her about my condition. She was very understanding, caring and compassionate. She listened to me and I felt she was actually hearing me. I wasn't rushed off the phone. Being "heard" is very important.
