Had an x-ray Dec. 2, 2022. As of Jan. 3, 2023 have not had anyone, including Dr. Bijoou call me with the results in spite of my having called the office twice asking for results and being promised that someone would call "shortly." This is no way to treat a patient.

Dr. Byju was the only doctor that truly listened to me about my symptoms. He immediately ordered tests that led to hospitalization and immediate colon resection. That was one year ago. I need to see him again and have left two messages yesterday and today to make an appointment. No call back....I hope his staff reads this and calls me immediately to make an appointment!

I will be reporting this office to the Better Business Bureau doctor byju was wonderful but his receptionist is a Very rude woman who for over 6 months has withheld life saving medication that I need that doctor byju prescribed over a $20 copay that she forgot to charge me ,then never told me about the charge until it went to collections and was over $60 Now she will not release my prescriptions to the pharmacy until it is out of collections My wife has called this office every week for months to try and get this prescription filled and the receptionist never mentioned the $20 copay that she was With holding my medication over. God knows how much further liver damage has been done while I have been waiting for this medication
