Don't go there. Biggest ripoff ever. I ended up worse than when I went there. $9000 later and hurting more now then before I went to him. He keeps saying you need one more shot for this or that. At $1000 a pop, even after the stemcell injection. Then he wants you to spend money on shoes, and everything else he can get you for. Go to a regular dr

Nurses up front are incredibly rude and unprofessional on the phone and in person. They clearly aren’t fit for their jobs and show no empathy or compassion as many other amazing healthcare workers do. There is just no excuse for their poor attitudes. I’ll be looking for another office to visit, because I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this location.

SCAMMMMMM. DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible doctor. Wouldn’t listen to me when I was trying to communicate my problems. Would talk over me constantly and barely let me get a word out. Would just say “ there’s nothing I can do” and was completely unsympathetic. Didn’t even bother to try anything else or listen to me at all. So RUDE and short tempered, I knew I should have listened to the other bad reviews. When I called to inform them of my bad experience they basically discarded it all and made excuses. Horrible staff and Debbie is manager who didn't care at all when I expressed my concerns. DO NOT COME HERE.

I have had cervical surgery with Dr.Lonstein 8 years ago I’m doing great. Now seeing him for back pain very pleased .The office staff is very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend you call for an appointment.

I really had high hopes for the the office visit. I felt that his advertised "spine specialty" knowledge would be very helpful. It was the usual hand off to therapy, not interested in going deeper.

Doctor Lonstein performed lower back surgery on me in August of 2007, five years ago, and the results have been perfectly outstanding. All of the pain I had, before the surgery, is gone and I feel perfectly healed. Mark is a great surgeon I would go back to in a second or recommend to anyone. Great Job Dr Lonstein and thank you again for your professional care. 10/14/2020 And now a update. I've just hit the 13 year mark and my back is going strong. I see people suffering but are afraid to take action which is sad. I must admit I had my reservations, but it sure turned out well. Thank you again Dr. Lonstein, you did a fantastic job. 10/11/2022 Update. Now its been 15 years since my surgery and it has worked all of these years so well. I am happy to recommend Dr. Lonstein to anyone, he really did a great job on me.

MY EXPERIENCE, this dr if he could be called that, stated that my injury occurred as a teenager, kept telling him tht I've NEVER had a back injury, he is condescending, and after getting a 2nd opinion from a well known spine surgeon, this dr was totally off when it came to his diagnosis. Yes his staff is rude, have not inclination as to be polite to patients, charge 25c p/pg if you want your progress notes. Thank God I have a different specialist who actually knows what needs to be done, great bed side manner.

Dr. Lonstein was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me understand my issues and the options available.

28 years of low back pain and this “doctor “ recommended physical therapy! Like it hasn’t been tried several times… complete waste of time and $. Cannot recommend

Dr Lonstein did surgery on my back 5 years ago with great results. He is honest, professional, kind,and I can put whole trust in him. He isn’t in a hurry to do surgery and pretty much leaves that call up to you. I would recommend Dr Lonstein to anyone.
