Dr Bedi and her staff are wonderful. The office runs on time or close to. I have never had a long office wait. The staff follows up in all matters without asking . They have advocated for me with pharmaceutical companies and have had amazing results . The Physicians assistants are all knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I have never felt rushed by any person in the practice.

They don't seem to understand how insurance works and what it means to be a participant in a PPO plan. Instead of paying my normal copay i was charged with a large office visit bill and have be unable to resolve this after multiple phone calls. Plus they were not wearing masks in a Doctor's office during the raging omicron covid virus. Apparently you can request them to wear masks, however they are not generally being worn in the office by staff and patients

At 82 years of age I have seen and been seen by many Doctors. Some great in their field but a little short on commutations and follow up. But that’s ok, I got better and it was usually a one time thing. Dermatologist are a different breed. If, you blond, fair skinned and refused to use sunscreen you will spend every three months there which I used to do. I left Florida for Georgia. But I will tell you that every time I come back I see Dr Betti, you are greeted with a smile, a hug, and how are you doing? You are given top notch care and the staff definitely follows up. She does a lot of in house training and I am all for that because when these future people get out on their own hopefully they will follow Dr Bedi’s high standards. Needless to say I love Dr. Bedi, and I hope you have a chance to receive that special care I received for so many years. She is the best.

I had a skin cancer that had been bothering me for a long time and I was finally able to have cryotherapy on it. Should be fine after it heals up.
