Glasses fell apart 2 weeks old.

Horrible people and service!!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

I was very pleasantly surprised! Having dealt with optical outlets in Bradenton I was unsure of how my eye appointment and the glasses appointment would go. I was very pleasantly surprised today by the nice young woman who took care of me and helped me find a decent pair of glasses for a very reasonable price! Thank you very much for being so kind, patient and above all affordable!

Today I had a awesome and funny time at Optical Outlet out at the Crossings. 😊

Worst experience ever, seen Dr. Stupe had no patience with my child. Made my child extremely nervous and basically telling him he could see what was up when he clearly could not. Was in such a rush and literally said to my child he needed to move on. Will definitely never recommend and sadly have to get a second opinion on my child.

Worst eye exam ever the doctor rushes you like your an idiot if you chose not the more expensive things your treated like second class idiot. I went to pick up my glasses and the old lady threw my glasses down on the counter and said a cloth inside no trying glasses to see if they fit or whatever Don't go here

One of the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I stopped in a few days ago to make an appt for an eye exam (planning on buying my glasses there too). I was running errands in the landings and had my car parked at the other end of the shopping plaza. I walked in with no mask (2 Vac) and they failed to greet me but immediately said I couldn’t come in without a mask. I was already inside the front door and noticed a box of masks by the front desk and asked if I could just grab one of those. They said no - these are for people having eye exams only! I said well my car is way on the other end of the plaza and again they said these are for people having current eye exams only. I said I was going to schedule one and I plan on buying a pair of glasses afterwards from them. No response - then I stated that they just lost a sale because of a five cent mask and walked out.

Scolding a customer for pulling their mask down for a few short seconds while they try on a pair of $565 glasses in a nearly empty store so they can see how the frames look before making an expensive purchase is unnecessary and a major turnoff as a customer. I've been to six other eyeglass stores, and none of them have issues with a customer pulling their mask down for a few seconds to see what their glasses will look like on their face. Some don't require masks at all, imagine that! Masks don't work for Covid-19, its been proven over and over. Your policy is about 18 months out of date as well. Won't be returning.

Made an appointment, went in with a mask on, it says so right on the front door, Liz and the other Young Lady were very courteous and attentive to me, they were friendly and ideal. I then went in for my eye exam with Dr Elliott Stupp, who gave me the most professional, comprehensive eye exam, I have ever had. I was so very impressed with this skills. He is the best when it comes to eye exams. I bought glasses there also, great selection, great pricing. Overall, A Plus.
