To be honest this location exceeded my expectations even after a great visit in the past to the tamaimi location. Dr Ashley was the best doctor my son could have connected with! Everyone in the front was patient and efficient with everyone. Really, a great visit.

Good selection for the prices! Staff was very kind also. Easy to schedule online.

This Sarasota location is great all the way around! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING TO THE BRADENTON LOCATION! THEY ARE RUDE, HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE AND THEY SAY WHATEVER IT TAKES THAT MAKES THEM HAVE LESS TO DO AND DON'T CARE IF THEIR CUSTOMER'S NEEDS ARE MET OR NOT!

I went to the optical outlets at 2827 university parkway in sarasota and was very pleased. The girls in the office greet with a smile and are very kind. Kelsie fitted my glasses. She was very thorough and took here time. I knew I was in good hands. Dr.watts is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable , thorough and kind. I really liked her. Great experience. Good selection of products, friendly staff, good prices. Very clean. They also have an employee who speaks Spanish so that was helpful for a few clients I saw there. I was lucky enough to get an appointment same day. I had to wait a little while, but that is every doctor's office. I think considering how many people went in and out while I was there, they have great time management and the staff never showed stress or frustration even though it was busy at times.

I really like the doctor however both times I have came in for an appointment I am sitting and waiting for over 30 minutes to be seen. It feels like they overbook themselves and have too many patients to see within a certain amount of time. My eye exam took roughly 5 minutes.

This place is not the best, Please go to a Specialist. The optometrist (blond hair lady) messed up my vision. They cared only about taking your insurance get their max pay and they dont care about a follow up. I don't write many reviews about places, but this place definitely is not professional, they don't have the right professionals, and I only needed glasses to read. I choose them because I didn't have a complex issue since my eye exam always was the same I thought it will be fine .She prescribed something different and now I am paying the consequences. Please it may take longer to make an appt with a True specialist, but your vision will be in good hands. Dont waste your time here and I hope and praying that they hire someone better, nothing personal but this is about our "eyes" a valuable gift that you can't screw around. Este lugar no es el mejor, acuda a un especialista. El optometrista (mujer de cabello rubio) arruinó mi visión. Solo se preocupan por tomar su seguro para obtener su pago máximo y no les importa un seguimiento. No escribo muchas críticas sobre lugares, pero este lugar definitivamente no es profesional, no tienen los profesionales adecuados y solo necesitaba lentes para leer. Los escogí porque no tenía un problema complejo, ya que mi examen de la vista siempre era el mismo, pensé que estaría bien. Ella me recetó algo diferente y ahora estoy pagando las consecuencias. Puede tomar más tiempo hacer una cita con un especialista de verdad, pero su visión estará en buenas manos. No pierda su tiempo aquí y espero y rezo para que contraten a alguien mejor, nada personal, pero se trata de nuestros "ojos", un regalo valioso que no se puede perder.

I came in yesterday for an exam and first pair of glasses at 43 yrs old. I was lucky enough to have a wonderful sales associate Jennifer help me. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was blown away by the meticulous care she takes when helping you not only choose a pair of glasses that look nice but that also fit your needs. Jennifer took into consideration that I’m a dental hygienist and what my functional needs were going to be. Her calculations of my prescription and how I would be using these glasses was completely thought out. She is a asset to her place of business. My 4 yr old son wears glasses and I will be taking him to her for his next pair. I recommend anyone in need of glass seriously seek her out at her place of business, she is the BEST!

I got there when they opened this morning, Jenn the lady who helped me with my glasses was very knowledgeable and that put at ease. She was very thorough. I recommend that store in sarasota highley for my experience anyway
