I have never had anyone be so rude to me. Whoever answers his phones is a very extremely nasty person and should be fired immediately. So incredibly rude and I professional. I had a question about rhinoplasty and she was soooo rude to me. She really should be fired.

The doctor called me personally to cancel my surgery (3 weeks prior to my O.R. date after I’d paid my deposit & requested off work). He didn’t like that I pushed back on the insurance denial to remove my recalled implants, which are making me very ill. Instead of doing a peer-to-peer call to UH to advocate for me, he dropped me. So now I have textured implants, known to increase the risk of cancer, in me for even longer. Terrific. My insurance company said it would all be paid if deemed medically necessary (which it is). Very unempathetic of my situation.

Dr C did reconstruction surgery on my breasts in 2014 after a double mastectomy. The results were great. He did a tummy tuck in 2019 and I am thrilled with the results. His bedside manner is the best. He is attentive, kind and caring in every way. He pays attention to details and I highly recommend him.

I am a reconstruction patient and many people in my shoes forget that it is the cancer and the mastectomy that disfigures us NOT Dr. Cicilioni. He is amazing at reconstruction and taking nothing and disfigured body with radiation to feeling whole again. Dr. Cicilioni is extremely talented in his field and I highly recommend him.
