If it were possible to give this person a negative star I would. On Sunday as soon as the weekend clinic opened 10AM and as of 4PM I still have not heard back from the oncall physician Dr. Randy Powell with Intercoastal Medical Group on Beneva. I have called 3 times to follow up and was on hold for at least 20 minutes each time. After this experience myself and my entire family will be leaving Intercoastal Medical Group. As a previous operating room RN I understand being on call can be very difficult and time consuming. However it is our duty to our patients to return phone calls and not take 6 hours to respond.

Dr. Powell is a kind and compassionate doctor. I have been going to him for 25 years and can not say enough wonderful things about him.

Dr. Powell is one of the best physicians that Ive ever been to. He has always listen to my concerns and always makes sure all of my prescriptions are uptodate and blood work. When I need an appointment they make sure I get in within a week and theyre very professional both front and back. Thank you Dr.Powell and staff.

If you plan on picking Randy Powell as your primary physician make sure you dont miss a appointment. I was with him for about 3 years and dropped me as a patient because I missed one appointment accidentally.

Dr Powell has been our doctor almost 40 years. Think of him not only an excellent and carrying physician but as a friend. His nurse is excellent and the team is very caring.

became Dr Powells patient when my doctor who delivered me as a babyretired in 1991. I have never waited for more than 2 days for an appt usually get one the next day. I have never waited more than 20 minutes in the office to see the doctor Dr Powell is friendly empathetic generous with his time and open to listening to my concerns and carefully explaining his treatment plan. He never rushes and always takes a moment outside the exam room to be kind and friendly. NO ONE better. Highly recommend

I have never had a problem getting an appointment in a timely manner. The office staff are cheerful and accommodating. Questions are answered and referrals made.
