After a recent visit to this place of business, I must leave a comment. Dr. Billings has recently sold out to a firm that has no interest in customer service. The office is disorganized and new employees care less about your needs. I will not be returning.

Stay away from this place. Eye exam was fine but the glasses ordered broke within the first month. Second pair did the same and now office will not respond to my many messages.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Billings for many years. The personal service we received from him brought us back year after year. Well, that was in the past. It appears he has sold his business and new owners care nothing about personal service. Office staff is uninterested and optical department lacks any credibility. We will not be returning.

Dr. Billings seems overwhelmed and confused by his computer system. He also seems very distracted. Exam room not cleaned properly and equipment is archaic. Period. Will not return to this doctor.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Billings since she was in Kindergarten and she is now 35 yrs old and still goes. I have been seeing him as well and we both love this man to death! At times due to insurance changes we had to see other eye doctors but we always manage to come back to Dr. Billings. He is an excellent eye doctor and I would recommend him for all your eye care needs! Thank you God for creating this doctor for us!
