It was sad. Walked in told had no insurance. Gave card told them had been coming there fir 3 years. Dr came to get me. Said”have I seen you before says your a new pt”. Told him been coming there for 3 yrs. Physician asked office staff to find my chart. Told him rudely they were looking. Why wasn’t chart available to to him before I got there??? Not a good experience as a pt. Seems center for sight taking over has challenges. Was always a pleasant experience going there. Not so much this time. Love Dr Billings though.

Outdated equipment & care. Office not cleaned well.

Dr. Billings seems overwhelmed and confused by his computer system. He also seems very distracted. Exam room not cleaned properly and equipment is archaic. Period. Will not return to this doctor.
