Robert Alan Schwartz's Online Review Report Card

I have always had a good visit every time I have seen Dr. Schwartz. He listens well and pays attention to my needs. He has a good approach to medicine. Offers the test he feels I need without over testing. I have always had good treatment with all the office staff as well. He offers telehealth services as well.

We recently moved here and were intent on finding excellent medical care. Dr. Schwartz is smart and efficient. He listened carefully to each of our medical histories set us up with our prescriptions sent them to the pharmacy to get us on track referred us to specialists we needed and personally followed up with a phone call regarding test results that he ordered as well as test results from other doctors. He cares is on top of results and takes his time. The icing is that the staff is very pleasant too.

He refused to see me for my initial appointment after I objected to a clause hidden in their Patient Financial Responsibility Policy which states that the patient is responsible for all court costs and attorney fees if there is a bill dispute. Even after I ultimately agreed to sign it just to be seen. I am sure most folks dont read these things you should never sign anything you have not read. When I requested that he then return to me all of the patient forms I filled out which contain my medical history and other personal information if he was not going to accept me as a patient he refused to do so. He also initially refused to return to me a copy of those forms a copy that I had made and brought to the office until forced to do so. Stay away from this doctor and this medical group.

I was going to be a new patient and was never informed that I had to be there 30 min prior to the appointment so they told me i had to reschedule. No thanks I cant say anything bad about Dr. Schwartz because I never even got to see him but his staff needs to do a better job with communicating.

Dr. Shwartz is a great doctor who took care of my medical needs AND then got me back healthier than I ever expected... checking all my blood work my kidneys etc. My migraines have simmered down... I haven’t felt this good in years. In and out quickly explained everything and staff is super friendly

I have been going to Dr. Schwartz for two years always gets me in ASAP and listens to me. Happy to have a Doctor like Dr. Schwartz.

I am someone who likes to read medical articles and often decide what tests I would like to have and why. I discuss these with Dr. Schwartz and listen to his opinion. I find him supportive and convincing when he doesnt see the need or agree with my opinion. I have been very pleased with his care. I think it is unfair to rate a doctor any doctor because the telephone wait times are long or the staff not to your liking. I can recommend Dr Schwartz to anyone looking for a competent primary care physician.

I had a very bad experience here. One day I tried cancelling an appointment in advance cuz I didnt have any money. They told me there was no charge because it was for Medicare. Being no reason to cancel I went. The receptionist asked for $100 at checkout. I was confused because they said no charge. When I didnt have the $ the receptionist argued with me. Few days later I reviewed a letter from them telling me to go elsewhere. So now Ive been without cholesterol meds for a year and I can feel its high. What can I do? Does the doctor really know what happened? I need a lawyer cuz 😭 f I have a stroke I will not be able to raise my child. Please help
