List of Robert M Cropper's Reviews
Dr. Cropper has everything you want in a DOCTOR! He listens & cares about you!!!
Don’t know why my last review didn’t show correctly but I did put 5 stars because he is a fantastic podiatrist, both my son (special needs) have been going to Dr. Cropper for at least 14 years. Dr. Cropper is so kind, gentle and always has a smile, will answer any question you may have. Doesn’t rush you out. All around GREAT Dr.
Dr Cropper is a gentle practitioner that gives patients his undivided attention and care! He answers questions and describes procedures throughly. I would recommend him to anyone!
I think Dr Cropper is great. Not only does he take the time with each patient so you all who think a good specialist should rush to meet your schedule go blank yourselves. He spends time most doctors don't. He saved my foot. I can still walk because of this man. And smh and doctors hospital think he's the man. He is also very nice and compassionate unlike most physicians out there especially amongst specialists. He's compassionate and knowledgeable and he's proved himself with patients and the board!! I'm sorry if you impatient people sometimes don't realize he has two offices and two hospitals. He visited me ever other day in the hospital. After hours and a long day already. He still found time for CPJ. Me.... I think Dr Robert M Cropper is a gem in the rough!!!!!
Went for my check up AFTER 2 months… the nurse reads me back the notes.. from the 2 month check up saying I “Stubbed my toe”. Obviously dr. Cropper did not take my case seriously. Not only did I break my big left toe in TWO places… Dr. Cropper told me that if he were to remove the bone fragments from my toe that I would never be able to bend my toe again. Second opinion ME. FROM THE LOOKS OF THE ROOM I was in… it looks like he specializes in TOE FUNGUSES. I should have listened to my mother when he messed up her foot 15 years ago. Don’t recommend UNLESS you have a TOE FUNGUS.
The first visit was great, paid my $100.00 co-pay, had a small procedure done and left. Returned for the follow-up visit. Sat in the room for about 10 minutes, which wasn't that bad. Dr. Cropper comes in to check how everything was healing. This is where it takes a turn. He looks at the WRONG foot!!! I had to show him where he did the procedure. Does he not read his chart before seeing his patients? Anyway he looked at the foot said that it's healing great. This all took about 5 minutes. When leaving office was told that I had to pay another $100.00 for the follow-up visit. I was shocked!!!! Never did I have to pay for a follow-up visit with any doctor. I told the office I was not going to pay for me telling the doctor which foot it was!!! I would NOT recommend him, but if you do ask if he charges for 5 minute follow-up visits. Total rip-off!!!!!
Very unprofessional office, left after waiting 1+ hr for my appointment
Beyond Nasty office staff. Especially, Annete the surgery scheduler. The Dr stated the office that he would be doing surgery but all the office staff wants to do is argue about it with me. I've been waiting for months for them to get it together so I will now seek care elsewhere. To the office staff that do not know what they are doing. Foot surgery is done at the Cape Surgery Center...... just so you know for the next person that waste their time with you. You might want to actually ask the Dr too. Dr Cropper was nice, too bad his office staff were not. They charged my insurance for an office visit when I didn't have one. They do not know what they are doing. If Dr Croppers office reads this, insurance fraud is serious and there is no way I will be paying $50 for an office visit when you guys where clueless on where I was even going for surgery... get it together....
Thanks so much Dr Robert and staff for check my bad foot I really appreciate everything about my appointment.
His staff is very professional

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
