I had a very bad experience. I was having a very bad reaction to the antibiotics I was prescribed and had stopped taking them. I called to get an appointment. My regular doctor wasnt in so I was scheduled for 100 pm. for that day with Dr. Mercado. I waited in an exam room after they took my temperature etc. but after about 30 minutes I was feeling unwell and opened the door to get air in the room. I heard Dr Mercado ask a nurse who was next. She said my name. They then began talking to quietly for me to understand. Then I heard him go into another patients room. I went out to ask the nurse if he was too busy to see me. She said I would have to wait until all the patients for that day were seen since I had just made the appointment that day. Of course that was not the truth but she did not know I had overheard her and the doctor talking. I left and never went back. He did not care that I was suffering and apparently was only concerned that he keep on schedule.
