Alan Osenbaugh, the owner, has not yet paid his staff and as you can tell from other comments he hasn’t paid other vendors either. He expected us to continue to work without being paid and when I was upset about it he told me not to return to the clinic leaving the entire clinic of patients without any provider resulting in them having to find a new pcp with no notice. It’s horrible what he has done to the patients and staff of SIC. Be aware if this place rebrands under a different name but the same terrible ownership!

This company utilized our physicians to see patients, yet has not paid for services. We created a payment plan for them yet they do not appropriately communicate and fail to meet the weekly obligations. They are putting their financial burdens on their venders.

Do not believe their webpage. They are NOT accepting new patients. After leaving 2 messages over the span of 4 hours to get an appointment I decided to go as a walk in(which is clearly stated on their website that walk ins were welcome). Upon arrival they asked if I was a patient, I explained no but I have filled out your online “new patient packet”. The lady cringed and told me that they are not accepting new patients. Do NOT TRUST THEIR WEBSITE!!!!

SIC has been my primary care for many years. I will admit, there have been numerous changes over the past few years (and some were not communicated well, which was frustrating). My most recent interactions have been very positive, and I appreciate the staff. Sophia is very thorough and Sally is the best. Hope there will be no more changes in the future.

This practice has changed ownership twice in the last 3-4 years without any communication with patients. One of my favorite NP's has left leaving only one NP who I would recommend--Sofia. She is thorough and a good communicator. If you can get time with her you should be ok. I recently had my yearly exam and the NP (not Sofia) didn't listen to my heart or lungs, didn't check my ears or nasal passages! It was a totally hands off exam.

I’ve always been very nervous about seeing doctors, I thought I’d try this place and it’s been wonderful. They allowed me the time to talk about the many issues and concerns I had regarding my health. They’ve been prompt to treat and send me to the proper specialists if needed. The check in staff is always welcoming. Anytime someone says they’re looking for a primary i immediately jump on the opportunity to tell them I actually found a friendly office.

I called needing an immediate covid test because I'm in town to visit my father who has cancer. I have already taken three tests one was positive one was negative, and one was inconclusive. I spoke with Jose, and he was amazing. Originally, he was going to have to send me to Quest, but he put me on hold got authorization to see me in office to perform the test and instead of having me walk in even managed to find a same day appointment for me. Being in the medical field myself, I know how rare it is to find these gems that handle patients in a way that makes them feel welcome. Well done Jose thank you.
