My son woke up last Sunday night in the middle of the night with a very high fever. So my wife and I took both kids up to the medical facility first thing Monday morning and they took all of us in as walk-ins and tested us right there in our vehicle. What a convenient service that helped us the same day!

Medical care here was acceptable.I've been trying to pay a $15 charge for the past 4 months. It's difficult for me to take a medical practice seriously when they don't have online pay options. I've sent off 2 copies of my credit card information in the mail and somehow they never get it.Why is it that the kid who clips the lawns in my neighborhood accepts online payments, but Sarasota Medical Center requires that I snail-mail them my credit card information?Sarasota Medical Center: I can put you in touch with my kid who clips lawns, I'm sure he'd be happy to show you how to take online payments, if you'd like. Until then, I'll be sending my credit card into via snail-mail hoping my $15 debt is some day, someway, paid in full.

The doctors are very good but their staff is not returning phone call like when you need a referral. I have to call every time 4 times and more until they returning the phonecall or I you have to have luck that someone answers the phone. I even called their office manager and he not answering and not returning your phone calls either.

My mother has been coming here for a few years now to see Dr. Aristimuño. Everyone here, from the front desk to the PAs to the nurses have always treated her so kindly and respectfully, always listening and addressing her questions and concerns.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Never have more than a 5-minute wait. They have so many specialties and the doctors are so wonderful! Will never change my doctors office as long as they are here!
