They had me come in to renew my card the same day as my appointment, which I was here way before everyone else that was taken before me. It took them over an hour to renew my card, putting all these people ahead of me. I’ve now been waiting 3 hours and only have seen the check in nurse. I haven’t seen the doctor or have any idea when, they’re rude at the desk when I ask. I’m in a lot of pain, I don’t want to be here and I’ve been sitting here 3 hours now with people still ahead of me when I arrived first. It’s a first come first served and I was pushed to the back of the line seeing they took over an hour to renew my card when I emailed the info a day in advance, then was quick to fill my papers out in less than 10 minutes. This is ridiculous.

If you make an appointment with them make sure you plan to be there for hours before you actually get to see the doctor

If a patient tells you they have Medicaid and is only there by PCP referral and due to a complete lack of specialty providers who will take Medicaid, why do they still have to qualify for care on an income basis??? Do you really think your financial standards are more stringent than the State of Florida???

Grateful to have a clinic that takes care of things but ive been waiting for almost two months these people are more rude an unorganized as it gets the health department has never treated me like this place has either do it right or dont do it at all.

I understand that the Community clinic is run by volunteers, however, they are very disorganized. They keep losing my Dr. orders. I've been waiting to see an ENT for 5 years.
