The speech therapist was very rude and wouldn’t allow me in the room with my 3 year old, even during the first session. When my child wouldn’t stop crying and couldn’t cooperate without me there, I observed the therapist and the director audibly discussing how I was told I was a “problem parent”. Neither one were willing to modify their approach for a very young child who just needed some extra reassurance when being left with a strange new lady alone in a room

I have nothing but great things to say about Sertoma Kids. The environment is kid-friendly, the therapists are timely and kind. The business owner is hands-on and easy to reach. As I wait for my son to have his session I see so many children walking back and forth to have their sessions and they always come out with smiles. The best place to be treated is a place where you can have fun while you learn the skills you need. I'm especially grateful for his therapist Hillary who has motivated my son and helped transform him session by session.
