Med pusher, doesn’t listen, watches the clock after 2 minutes, doesn’t follow up, blames staff and more. After two visits, had enough and changed docs.

I had a pacemaker placed by this physician. Not only was she arrogant and treated me like a barbarian digging around in my chest for an hour with very little so-called Twilight sedation. Every time I yelled in pain she told him to give me another 2 mg. No pain medication afterwards I guess she thought I must have been a real trooper! She is the most uncaring unprofessional physician I'd had to deal with in a long time and never again will she ever touch me! I am now on my second week of dealing with an infection at the pacer site. Couldn't get a hold of her office for 2 days post insertion apparently they called me in an antibiotic but no one bothered to notify me and I was so sick I didn't get my voicemails. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend her to treat my dog.

Super talented Doctor. Trained and worked The Cleveland Clinic for 15 years! We are super fortunate to have her. Detailed oriented, smart, and talented.

HORRIFIC, would be negative one if I could do that here. She implanted my 3rd pacer generator. I never have been so brutalized as I was by her. She didn't really even speak to me except to let me know she knew what ribs were ( which was in response to me trying to tell her I have an a normal rib which protrudes. I thought that response was extremely arrogant considering the situation they had me in with my hands tied down in a drape over my face. She talked about me like I was a piece of meat laying on the table. She almost started cutting into me without any kind of anesthetic or sedation. I have had several surgeries several heart caths and never had been treated this way. Now I'm going on my second week of an infection at the insertion site. I made three phone calls in the following two days trying to let them know what was going on and didn't receive a response. They did however call an antibiotics but no one told me that they were there. So I wouldn't let this woman touch my dog let alone me ever again. If I have to change practices in order to never meet up with this woman again I will. I feel she's in it for the money and not the patient. After digging around in my chest for an hour trying to remove my old pacer I didn't receive any pain medication and really no instructions I found my booklet and my card a week later due to me being so ill. Never again!

Horrific is the only word I can describe to use to describe my pacemaker replacement! I have never had a doctor be so barbaric and uncaring about my comfort and or my anxiety level in the cath lab. I was treated like a piece of meat on the table being talked about like I wasn't even there. A word to doctors, if you want to discuss a patient and do it in a professional manner with the patient out first. I don't want to hear you disgusting me in the difficulty you're going to have getting it out. By the way my hands were literally tied down before they put me to sleep a drape was placed over my face very uncomfortable! I felt like I was suffocating! Never in three payments maker insertions and 2 heart caths have I ever been treated this way. And never again will it happen, I will get up off the table and leave next time if there is a next time.

Dr. Lutton is an excellent doctor. She listens and addresses all of your concerns. She doesn't rush your appointment and is totally focused on you. She is extremely smart, competent, professional, nice, caring, friendly and thorough. She always has gone far and beyond helping her patients to keep them healthy. My husband and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a wonderful cardiologist. We trust her completely with our health. We absolutely give Dr. Lutton our highest recommendation.
