Our experience with Dr.Ly was good in the beginning but not even a year after surgery the hardware in our cervical spines have failed and now we can't reach him??

I personally have been patient of Dr. Ly for 6 years. 100% professional. 100% caring and he has performed a laminectomy L-4-5 which ended up needing a fusion 2 years later. The fusion went well and he has performed numerous injections into my low back and ultimately into my facet joints. After diagnosing my facet joints as my pain source, he then performed a laser ablation of S1-L5 L4-5 Facets and I was pain free for the first time in 10 years. I highly recommend Dr. Ly he is out for your best interest.

Dr. Ly barely takes the time to with you . I believe he is more interested in money than the care for his patients. My surgery was unsuccessful, and he could have cared less, just kept saying, "that is normal" Shortly after, his practice closed.

Please be careful, I have been told by 3 doctors since Dr. Ly performed surgery on me that it was unnecessary. And 3 months later they closed their practice leaving me with no followup after surgery. If they knew they were closing their offices they should have ceased surgeries immediately. Not sure where he ends up, but a terrible experience with a terrible doctor. Please avoid!

I don't recommend Dr Ly. He walked in and was in the room 2 minutes and WITHOUT any info on my husband back, immediately requested leg therapy (quack) so I am going to take my husband to a real doctor. Dr Ly has only been practicing for 15 years and my new dr has been doing it for over 40. Also Dr Ly had no info on my husband because I was told I don't need to bring any. I guess he can see inside you without a MRI. Maricle doctor. However the nurses should be the doctor, they did most of the work anyway. Such a disappointment in a doctor. And when we requested to see Dr. Sweeney he refused because he agrees with Dr Ly. WITHOUT ANY X-RAYS OR MRIS. And for the record my husband has 5 damaged vertebra.

Dr Ly is an amazing Dr. He has done surgery on my back twice and my neck. He cares so much about his patients. He has a sweet spirit and will sit and explain things to you in terms you can understand. Dr Ly is very professional and respectful. Never ever has he made me feel rushed so he could go on to the next patient. He feels for you when you hurt and explains alternatives, if there are any. The years I have been seeing Dr Ly the staff have been great. They care about their patients and are genuinely concerned when they see you hurting. Dr Ly is the best!!

My wife and I based on a single visit thought that he is kind,caring,very knowledgeable,patient,and didn't mind answering any and all of our questions. The staff is excellent,you get calls returned and they have done a lot to help us. Dr. Ly has done so much to help my back issues. Dr Ly is such a skilled surgeon, my back surgery incision is smaller than a cosmetic surgeon left removing a mole. I've met many surgeons and they can't hold a candle to him as a person or doctor.

Dr Ly is amazing. He helped me when no other doctors would touch my back due to the nature of my problem. He is truly in it for the patient and NOT to just get a big paycheck. He cares, shows compassion and has a fantastic bedside manner.
