Tatiana Huguenin's Online Review Report Card

Dr hueguenin is honestly the best Dr I have. I have crohns with rheumatoid arthritis. She fought like crazy to get the meds I needed. After so many years with my disease there are few options left that help me she figured out right away what would and what wouldn’t work because she takes the time to really talk to her patients. She is genuinely kind and extremely knowledgeable about her specialty. She truly cares these attributes make her a fantastic doctor.

Dr. Huguenin is very helpful and answers all of my questions. I have severe Osteo with several fractures. They now have stopped with her help.

I went to see Dr Huguenin about 15 years ago when I was living in the Sarasota area. With moving to various locations over the years she was one of the best rheumatologists I have ever seen and was instrumental in getting me on the correct medications that I remain on today. I now live in Ft Myers and am dissatisfied with the doctors in this area. It would be worth the 2 hour drive to go back to her If you are looking for someone very versed in the field dont hesitate to go see this doctor. I am an RN and in general its hard to get a 5 star from us.

I have seen Dr. Tatiana on several occasions. She is remarkably thorough and knowledgeable. She informed me of diagnostics that should have been taken but weren’t. She often takes an holistic point of view on advice. Would I have the opportunity to have Dr. Tatiana as my primary provider I would not hesitate. My first appointment with Dr. Huguenin was fantastic she was kind and took her time with me over an hour. However that was it. Every appointment since then Ive had to wait at least an hour and a half to be seen and when she does come in she does not remember anything weve talked about any of my history any tests or treatments weve already tried. Most of the visit is taken up by me repeating myself for the umpteenth time. For instance one visit we decided to try to wean me off one of my meds. It didnt work I flared pretty badly so we decided I couldnt go off it. 6 months later she suggests going off it again. I reminded her we already tried it and she said she didnt remember and it wasnt in her notes and she didnt think I needed the med so I should stop taking it....what??? She also dismisses me anytime I tell her Im having pain she always says its just muscle strain even though I have several autoimmune diseases. She makes me feel like Im bothering her and complaining and theres nothing wrong with me. Im in my 30s and have been dealing with poor health since my teens. I still work fulltime Im not on any pain medications yet she makes me feel like Im making things up and am not trying hard enough to feel better. Try tai chi that will make you better Yeah....Im looking for a new doctor.

I was not impressed. Did not feel individual approach was given rather a preset protocol one size fits all. Was cold and abrupt no bedside manner. Will not return to this practice. Poorly run the admin side.

Dr Hugenin was 45 minutes late for my appointment disagreed with all the medications and plan of care I received for 20 yrs before I moved to Sarasota. She was abrupt uncaring and rude. When I said I was worried about my balance she told me to join a tai chi Class. I am at risk for major stroke and take Coumadin. She said she would not prescribe Coumadin unless I had a clot or an event. Really? She is arrogant does not listen and I would not wish her on my worst enemy

Considerate and professional at all times Dr. Huguenin is an excellent choice for patients with troubling rheumatic conditions. I felt I was in the right hands from the moment I met her. Her diagnosis was accurate and clearly stated covering all aspects of prognosis and medication. Dr. Huguenin personally followed up on important issues calling me promptly with helpful advice. I was fortunate to find this doctor when I needed the best.

She is very knowledgeable sweet and thorough Provides more information than most doctors bother with these days. I wish she could be my GP. Also she is treating my for an eye disease called Uveitis. She is much more knowledgeable than just her own specialty. Highly recommend this physician
