My wife and I switched to Dr. Vanh a year ago and I am very pleased with him. He listens attentively and is had no problem keeping us with our existing specialists. He is able to do telemedicine, and schedules appointments quickly.

I recently relocated to Florida and scheduled an appointment in June 2020 for October 19, 2020. I researched and confirmed with the office at the time that the office accepted my Health Insurance. When I arrived yesterday at the office they said that Dr Luangphakdy no longer accepted Emblem Health Insurance. Upon arriving home they called and stated after researching it the Dr. does accept the insurance. I spoke again to the Office Manager Lori who stated she would confirm and get back to me in 30 seconds. After approximately fifteen minutes she said she could not reach Emblem Health. In the interim I contacted customer service for Emblem Health who confirmed the office was in my network and spoke to her to confirm this. The Office Manager Lori began raising her voice and stated she was frustrated. She was extremely unprofessional. I asked her to lower her voice, no need to yell at me. This was an awful experience - I left. I hope the Dr. reads this!

I gave him a couple years to see if he would help me with my medical problems. He is the worst doctor I have ever been to. Never helped me with any of my problems. All he does is type on his computer and turn around and smile. I am glad I fianlly left him and found a wonderful doctor that is helping me so much. I wouldn't advice anyone to see Dr. Vanh.

I am so sorry my whole family trusted this man. He just types away as he asks you questions and does nothing for you. Annual physicals are a laugh. He doesn't exam you, just ask questions. Even on request for blood work you have to ask him to request different ones plus you even have to ask for a urine test which should be part of a yearly exam. He has done NOTHING for me about my problems. My whole family is treated the same way and we are leaving him ASAP and get a REAL DOCTOR that cares about treating people. I would NOT recommend him to anyone that needs help.

My wife and I have been with Dr. Van for many years. We consider him an excellent doctor. Very professional, corteous. Will answer and advice about any question you can ask. Polite, never rusing you.

I was a patient of Dr Vanh for some years and I love the doctor. But the office is something else , including office manager never returns calls, forced to pay money with out being billed, and then they won t let you see the doctor unless you pay what they want ,even if you don t know what its for

Dr. Vanh is very informed and has the knowledge and experience to suggest ways to monitor and improve one's overall health. He always takes the time to cover any questions or concerns I might have. His nursing staff is great at making one feel comfortable, and is prompt in assisting with prescriptions or referrals. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

I found Dr. Vanh to be extremely arrogant, dismissive, uncaring and unreliable. Our paths crossed while helping my parents navigate through a challenging, painful, and frightening experience. His aloofness and undependability were devastating and heartbreaking to witness. My parents treated him with patience, respect and kindness throughout our entire hospital experience and he reciprocated -in every step of the way- slowly and with a lack of compassion, dependability, or concern. There are many doctors to choose from. Stay away from this one!
