I am an 80 yr old female with very serious osteoporosis and other medical issues. I have met with Dr. K. twice. She was fabulous and could not have been more helpful in guiding me re what to do. She was so patient and spent as much time with me as needed. I truly am impressed by everything about her; staff is excellent, being on time, time taken to explain things, etc. Could not ask for more from anyone. Betty P.

Refuses treatment to transgender patients, very cold reception. Trans women are women, our hormone levels fall within sane range of cis women. The rude posture the receptionist took when I said I was trans showed me this was a pointedly political/hateful stance they are taking. So much for hippocratic oath.

I was a patient of Dr. Kozlow's for four years, where we had developed a decent relationship until the last nine months where I hit a wall due to diabetes burnout. It is not an effective strategy to use negative descriptions to define a patient's management. She was made aware of the many extenuating issues I had going on that had an effect on my management and still chose to use negative language and inefficient solutions for my management. I had to argue with her to raise my thyroid replacement dosage when there was a significant jump in my TSH shown in my lab work, and she while she would order lab work I requested, she would be adamant that I was likely wrong. She could not offer any solutions to any of my complaints except for telling me to bolus prior to eating and to change pump settings, which was obviously not working. All other complaints were not addressed and she did not show concern unless it was from data or lab work. After self-advocating that I did not appreciate this language, attitude towards struggling with my management, and that I found it extremely inappropriate, I was subsequently dropped as a patient. It is clear that she has some ego issues and is unable to admit any wrongdoing and would rather sabotage a provider-patient relationship than provide support. Very disappointed.

After 20 years I decided to change doctors due to distance, lack of doctor availability and excessive staff turnover. Saw her against many people warning me, but trusted GP. Wasn't a good fit. Waited an hour prior and wasn't comfortable with tx plan for many reasons. She got me black listed from all doctors in my plan after I had already made an appointment with someone else. She influenced the other doctor to cancel my appointment simply because of her ego not being able to handle I wasn't a fan. I have been a health care professional for over 40 years and would never dream of sabotaging any of my patients chances of establishing with another health care provider that might be a better fit. Apparently this is not an isolated incident. All I can say is, Wow! So much for her oath to do no harm. This was a vindictive classless move and she should be ashamed of herself. Definitely has some ego issues.

She’s the BEST endocrinologist I have ever had!! I’ve been seeing her for over 10 years. Absolutely top notch, caring, kind, and intelligent in latest technology for diabetes. I highly recommend her. Great staff too. She’s super busy because she’s that good. However, she’s worth the wait I promise!!

This so called doctor is horrible. The staff are insensitive and obnoxious. I would not recommend this doctor to even a sick dog. It took weeks to get an appointment, had to visit with other sloppy colleagues of hers' and they are unresponsive to many attempts to cure issues. How can anyone with the need to see an endocrinologist choose her and Intercoastal. Steer clear of these knuckleheads.

I can honestly say Dr. Kozlow is the best doctor I've ever had in my life. She explains everything and even draws pictures so you get a better understanding of what she's talking about. Never ever felt rushed during an appointment. Referral is needed for first appointment as she is a specialist and is a perfectly normal procedure. She will give you choices and options so you can make an informed decision. If you are an argumentative person or think you're smarter, this is not the place for you. I highly recommend Dr. Kozlow.

I have been seeing Dr. Wende Kozlow since 2017 and find her diagnosis of my condition and annual check to ensure that it hasn’t worsened most helpful. My thyroid has a very special watchful eye. Thank you, Dr. Kozlow

I have had a great experience with Dr Koslow since the first moment I met her . I was very disappointed because no one doctor had gave an answer for my hormonal situation. She was clear and straight to the point. She ordered the right tests, and she prescribed the treatment that is working great . I highly recommend her
