Frances Capraro's Online Review Report Card

I went to see this Dr for several years (since we moved to IHB in 2011)! She got busy then took on a couple great PAs. From what I remember, they used to have a nice office and friendly personnel when I was a patient... well, I guess COVID happened... time flew by... and now that I'm trying to get things back to normal, I tried to setup an annual visit... and BRICK WALL! I gave some of my symptoms to the receptionist, put me on hold, and then got back to me and said that since my last appointment was in 2018 and they consider patients like me to be "New Patients" when they are absent for 36+ months - then I need to go elsewhere... so it seems that my symptoms were too much for them to handle or I should just have been a bit more sick over the past several years! :-) It would have been wonderful to get notified (Email, Mail, Phone) about this change. So my 4 stars are 100% for location! I guess they didn't collect enough money from my insurance to make it worth their while... they are a business, so I kinda understand! :-) Their new Patient Intake is JUNE 2023 according to the receptionist - I'm not feeling it - so now I'm looking for a physician that can take on healthy people that like to stay healthy...Bonne chance mes amis!

Dr Caparo and her nurse practitioners are wonderful and informative and interested. But unfortunately you rarely get to see dr Caparo. The office staff in the most recent year or two is the rudest office staff I’ve ever dealt with in my 30 years of living here. I am a register critical care nurse and it is obvious that they definitely have no business being in a patient service industry. Perhaps they need to look into different type of work not dealing with people. They are very rude and uninterested in their jobs and surroundings.

Dr and NPs great. Office staff terribly rude and have no business in a service industry. Not sure what the dr was thinking hiring them. Not sure what happened over the years as things were good years ago. Very disappointed in the practice now.

I can not afford to see Dr. Capraro so I was assigned Ms. Taylor. Her comments were unethical so I sought another practice I believe Dr. Capraro is well aware of what goes on in her practice

This physician is wonderful and so intelligent! We just would not ever go anywhere else!

Staff very kind. Medical assistants efficient. Doctor Capraro is very attentive to patient concerns explains thoroughly in understandable terminology and is willing to discuss alternatives to tradition medicine. She always directs to well qualified specialist when needed

I started with Dr. Capraro back in 2005, when I first moved to Florida. She had gone over all my medical records, before even meeting me. Doctors in my home state never diagnosed me properly. After many years of being missed diagnosed, I finally found a doctor that actually cares about her patients. She and I always discusses my concerns and treatments before moving forward. She also let's the patient make the final decision. She and her staff have always been very wonderful to me and my husband. I now live 3 hours away from the practice, she is the greatest doctor I've ever had. I'm going to continue with her as long as I can.

Just had my annual exam with Dr. Capraro and she is fabulous! She comes into the room prepared with all of your important health information, ideas of what issues need to be pursued, and listens attentively to your responses and concerns while very thoroughly going through a series of queries to make sure no stone is unturned. You couldn't ask any more of a physician.
