Ideal Image Medspa's Online Review Report Card

I am very upset. I was assured when I bought the package I would have my first appointment within 2 weeks. It took two months to get an appointment. I just had my first appointment today and was told to come every 8 weeks. The next available appointment is in 3 months. I feel swindled and taken advantage of. I am in a 16 month contract for my treatments supposed to get 89 in. With your scheduling I can only get 5. I either want my 16 month contract extended or my money back. I really wish I had gone elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I paid for a laser hair removal package I enjoyed everything at first then Covid rolled around and they were not able to get me into the clinic to be seen within the cycle of hair growth that is recommended my appointments are way too far apart to have good laser results I was told that I would get extra appointments and not to shave so that they could see where I was at and go from there when the time rolled around for that I was told I had to pay for touchups Not only that I have called and complained to corporate and have not heard a word back I had also started my monthly so I did not want to go to an appointment for that area so I had to use the text message automated service to cancel it and I was still charged with a $50 noshow fee on top of my appointment canceled because they claim I did not confirm it when I had the automated text messages showing that I did horrible customer service and a complete waste of money for no difference in hair growth I will be taking my service elsewhere and having to pay for a whole other package.

Terrible experience I developed an infection in the inner abdominal wall after my cool sculpting session and the nurse told me that i probably had it prior my treatment which i know its not true.
