I have been using AVS for many years. The only problem is that they are always so busy that you never get to see them at the appointed time. It got the the point that I would call to see how far behind Dr. Shalhoub was running since he was always handling some emergency at the hospital.

Everyone was great. I had gone to another doctor and they did not tell me what the problem really was. Dr Shalhoub looked at my wound and told me right away exactly what was wrong. Lisa Parker was very thorough and explained everything and started working on my wound explaining everything that she was doing. The whole staff was great. Kudos to Lisa Parker.

The main issue is the wait. It was 35 mins before I got into office. Then had to wait for Ms Lang, but she did take time to explain things to me. Not blaming her, I think they overbook.
