This doctor charged my friend $700 for a tetanus shot because of a billing error. When brought to his attention he did nothing. What a scam! What a coward to take advantage of a senior on a fixed income!

My relative is dying. Yet, the doctor states that he will discharge him the next time he misbehaves The patient has dementia and a fatal illness. He also states that he can’t imagine any other doctor accepting him as a new patient. Yet, when I suggested urgent care as an alternative, he said that no, he needs a doctor, even though he just said that no one will want him.

Doctor seemed attentive but limits time spent with patient. Phone calls to office are never answered, always sent to voice mail and rarely returned in 48-72 hours. Have to repeatedly call back. Won't do surgery clearance exams, send you to Cleveland clinic hospital to see another Doctor you've never seen before.

Depends on his computer and looks at that more the patient. Not very reassuring and has a condescending attitude.

Wonderful doctor and staff. Dr Courty is professional, skilled, and kind. His staff works hard and each one of them are gems.

He will explain as in depth as you desire (I want to know everything) and would prefer to treat you with lifestyle and/or diet changes than just give you another pill. That means he's not for everyone but he suits me perfectly. I also like the fact that I see the same doctor every time I have an appointment. I have been in groups before where you never knew who you would see.
