Doctor seemed attentive but limits time spent with patient. Phone calls to office are never answered always sent to voice mail and rarely returned in 4872 hours. Have to repeatedly call back. Wont do surgery clearance exams send you to Cleveland clinic hospital to see another Doctor youve never seen before.

Depends on his computer and looks at that more the patient. Not very reassuring and has a condescending attitude.

He will explain as in depth as you desire I want to know everything and would prefer to treat you with lifestyle andor diet changes than just give you another pill. That means hes not for everyone but he suits me perfectly. I also like the fact that I see the same doctor every time I have an appointment. I have been in groups before where you never knew who you would see.

Dr courty is impossible to work with he prescribed medication for me and when it time to get more he refused to refill it why put you on meds when your provider wont give it to you

Started going to dr. Courty last year. He is amazing but can’t say the same about his staff. There used to be a rude brunette girl in the front desk. I’m not sure if she still there. I didn’t last time I was there. I used to be able to just call and someone would answer the phone and help me. But now every time I call I get transferred to his assistant and she never picks up the phone. I’ve left 2 voice messages and I’ve call about 10 times she is never there and never return the call. Now I have to drive almost an hour. Just so I can get some help. Ridiculous.

Dr. Courty always takes his time and is very thorough. I have several coexisting conditions and he always gives excellent advice and referrals. I am so very happy that both my wife and I found Dr. Courty at this stage in our lives. He is truly a caring physician with excellent Medical knowledge.
