I had my first appointment today at the clinic. My appointment was at 1:00, and I was taken back at 1:04. Wow. The doctor listened to all questions and was answered truthfully. I like her.

Absolute worst.

I've been going here for about 3 years now for Behavioural Health at first, then when my insurance changed, physical health. I'm going to give my honest opinion and that is that the doctors here are a mixed bag of bad and good.I see Beth, a therapist there and she is wonderful, shes straight forward and gives an honest opinion on what I'm talking about. Now I dont know if he's still there but I saw a psychiatrist there who wasn't good at all. his name was Dr. Long. He constantly dismissed my symptoms, and everytime I said I wanted off a medication and switched to another he would just say "well it's supposed to be working". I stopped seeing him and switched to a psychiatrist out of TCCH.For a primary care physician Dr. Siddiqui is a GREAT doctor, he listens to your symptoms and gives you the time of day. The only problem is that due to him doing that, hes usually late about 20-30 minutes. The other doctor that is there I've only seen once, and she dismissed my symptoms just like Dr. Long.The staff there has always treated me so well, I see them about 2 to 3 times a month. They always treat me like family.

Easy to get to all stores.

Ok for price. Don’t try to use the portal, pretty much useless for prescription refills, I get messages with no content, messages that fail to send.

Not what it used to be affordable care act over burden resources

I have been here a few times to see Dr. shahida moizuddin. I am never prescribed the right medication. I feel like I never get the right care I need. Moved to Florida and established care with these people. Miss my old primary..they actually LISTENED to my concerns. I've had enough and will be switching doctors. How are you going to prescribe me something over the counter that I already said IS NOT WORKING?? For one, If i wanted something over the counter id buy it. Especially when its already in my cabinet!!!!! Unbelievable. A nurse or someone better call me back today and prescribe the correct medication. What a waste of trip.

Worst care I’ve ever received. Go to the health department. Go to the hospital. Just don’t go here.I was prescribed a high dose of the wrong kind of meds and all of my symptoms were dismissed as psychological without question or investigation. I filed a formal complaint with the office and will not go back.

If i could give it a zero i would. Nurse assisitant was a nasty rude SOB. The dr was the worst i have ever seen. I seen dr shahida moizuddin. DO NOT SEE HER. She doesnt listen, care or even prescribe proper medicine. I will be filing a complaint against dr and facility. To long to type out what happened but trust me. For some one who been in medical field, i was digusted and saddened that the health care has gone WAY DOWN HILL. You will not get any respect with horrible bedside manor there. Please please never go to sebastian TCCH. They are prob all the same there. You will regret it.
