From the time we arrived at AIOD we were greeted by Liz to check in. Dr. Rotman, Stacey and attendants were very professional, informative, and attentive. Laura was at checkout and also great. All in all it was an excellent experience. Definitely impressed and will refer friends and family. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable.

I am new to the area & needed an appointment with a Dermatologist. A neighbor recommended AIOD. I called & was given an appointment the very next afternoon. I felt very welcomed. A big shout out to Dakota, Melanie, Laura & Julie the PA. They were all kind, welcoming & very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this clinic.

On today I had molds removed from my body I was scared but the ladies really treated me with care. Thanks to my provider: Julie, Check in : Laura and Check out Liz. Thanks Ladies again for making me feel special on today.

This was my first visit to American Institute of Dermatology. The P.A Chris was very thorough, Knowledgeable, and patient friendly. My check-in (Melanie) and checkout (Liz and Laura) was friendly and efficient. I was pleased with my first visit.

My husband and I have gone to this dermatologist for 3 years.We see the PA.Have never seen the doctor which is fine.I wasn't feeling well at the time of my visit today and felt overwhelmed with the PA and 2 assistants in the room with me.While PA assessed me the assistants were talking and PA asked me questions and relayed info to the assistants at the same time.It felt chaotic and disorganized.PA was abrupt with me at times.She stated "I don't have to treat you".Im a health care professional myself and would never speak to a client the way I was spoken to.Im educated and realize the vulnerability of folks coming in the office for treatment.We won't be going back to Dermatology Practice.To many options available to me.

I've had nothing but EXCELLENT experiences with the medical and office staff at the Sebring office of the American Institute of Dermatology. Julie provided excellent medical care, advice, and treatment. Laura was very helpful in setting up my appointment for my next visit. I rate AIOD as an excellent provider of dermatological services. Friendly, thorough, and always professional!!
