My experience was in the Good Shepherd Hospice in Lakeland Fl. What a comforting clean wonderful staff and beautiful facility. They took very good care of my Dad Cecil Williams I thank you so much for all you did for him and my family. Sincerely Carol Ledford and family.

This is a gorgeous caring well run facility. I havent seen too many hospice units but if I need one Id want it to be like this one whether for me or for a loved one.

From the time I done internships to many different healthcare facilities from convalescent home rehabilitation centers and hospice care this is one place and I found has been very professional and very clean and very sanitary the staff for pleasant and on top of their game.

My father spent his last days there and everything I stayed out there the nurses was nice and made me feel comfortable

Not friendly not much care for client Client not covered with blankets in all Only one simple linen Our Lady Mrs. F. S. was very cold. During our 5 hours visit not lunch snacks or anything was offered to drink for client. We brought a flower and we ask for empty flower vases the tall us we dont have any so we use our coffee mug for flowers Wow Im not going to see anything but hospice website offers much more Very poorly services.

My father spend his Final days there in 2012 . to all the staff there from the moment you entered the facility to the medical staff and to the support group that help me through the hard times that I had to say goodbye to my father. Thank you

My sweet husband died tonight. The Melech Hospice is a very special place and I felt nurtured there during this time. My husband was cared for with dignity and respect. His medical care was exemplary and I know because I am a RN. The house is clean and had a homey feel.
