Stay away from this place at all costs Especially YVONNE in case management. She’ll spend a week screwing around then tell lies because she is too lazy to do her job. When you call her out on her lies she threatens to send a sick ailing old man a 3k a night medical bill.

I was a patient in the ER on March 1st and Sept 19th taken there by my request via ambulance after dislocating my right hip prosthesis.  The care both times was excellent however form the Sept 19 visit and sent to room 204 for 24 hour observation I have been trying to obtain my medical records for almost 8 weeks now and have tried emailing the correct form faxing it and sending it by snail mail and still have not been able to obtain my records to continue my care with my hip situation.  I have become very frustrated as i is a patients RIGHT to obtain these records.  I have followed their requests to the letter and called several different numbers provided on the form as well as provided by them.  My next step this week will be Channel 8 On Your Side NEWS and Better Call Benken and she if she can get to the bottom of this frustrating situation.

Recently had an upper endoscopy done in the out patient area. Upon putting an IV in my arm for the procedure the nurse hit something and an electrical shock went down my arm. I am mediately told the nurse her response was “let me finish feeding her it’ll be fine probably hit a nerve”. This has been 2 12 weeks ago and I am still having nerve pain in the right arm to the point that I have no strength in it I can’t pick things up to unroll toilet paper hurts to lift up anything hurts. Just sitting still I still get electrical shock pain in my arm. I’m now taking 1600 mg of gabapentin which is doing no good I’ve had xrays I’ve had ultrasounds and still no answer when I went to the ER to follow up on the pain they simply told me that that never happens. You can Google it if IV is being inserted and you get an electrical shock pain the IV is supposed to be removed immediately to prevent permanent nerve damage. I feel that this nurse did nerve damage rather it’s temporary or permanent I don’t know but it is getting worse by the day and going on 2 12 weeks now and still no improvement so I can already tell that it’s going to take a long time for the nerve to heal if it ever heals. Would not recommend their outpatient to anybody

Went in via EMS with a fractured hip. Admitted to the Seniors ER. Then admitted to the floor and had surgery next day to repair the hip fracture. After surgery was treated very poorly by two nurses. Next time I need to go to a hospital it will not be that one.

What a great team n hospital cant thank yall enough .

Less than perfect visit to say the least. ER put 9 staples in the back of my head. When I had a follow up visit with my family Dr he said 3 of the staples were put in too close together causing them to bend weird. They were difficult to remove. Pain and some bleeding resulted. I had asked the guy at the ER if staples had to be removed Id never had staples before and said No theyll work their way out. When I told my Dr this he laughed and said who told you that?. I said the guy who put them in. I felt so embarrassed. I dont know if he was messing with me or making a sarcastic joke. I dont appreciate his humor. Unprofessional Id say.
