I am pretty fed up with her tactics. I was in on the 11th in great pain. She wouldn't give me injection until I had an MRI. I scheduled it immediately. The office gave me an appointment to come in for the results. They knew I was in a great deal of pain and expected an injection if appropriate. They scheduled me for this afternoon, KNOWING she does not do the procedures in the afternoon. I am supposed to go back on Tuesday. That is 3 office visits for the same complaint. This is the second time this year she has done this to me. She also is not a pain management DOCTOR. As I understand it, she cannot prescribe pain meds. I've been in pain for over 3 weeks. I won't go back. I need relief.

Everyone has been pleasant and helpful. Dr. Dos Santos is still taking care of some of my needs and I do appreciate that.

Dr. DosSantos is very personable and knowledgeable. She has been helping me with my degenerative arthritis and bursitis for over three years. She has a wonderful team of nurses, and I trust what she suggests for treatment.

For the first time in 10 years I feel 95% pain free thank you to this remarkable doctor!!!! I would give her more than 5 stars if they went higher!!! The shots were a little painful but the outcome was worth it!!!
