List of MIllennium Physician Group's Reviews
I have been with Millennium for about 8 to 10 years. They set me up with bi annual medical appointments yearly. I present them with my health complaints by showing them Notes on my IPhone. The med tech interviewer and Doctor both read complaints. Repeatedly the doctor does not deal with issues or forgets to give me a consult or order exam. For the last year I have requested an Xray on my L. thumb for arthritis and a consult to a hand specialist for a possible steroid injection. I was told I would be contacted. I received no Xray for hand and went to Del Prado office talked to med tech wrote request and again received no action. Communication sucks. The patient portal for older people is convenient for Millennium but to 65 year old + patients denies access to care. They get ahold of you for Medicare required annual visits via email but try to call them. The service element seems to be lacking. My last visit was a Medicare required visit and was billed for over a half hour. I dont see it not even with after exam medical documentation. I am not satisfied. Now comes season in Florida and appointments will be few and farther between. They want all the monies they can get but the medical care sort o sucks.
I had a great doctor would take some time with you when needed I brought many In to his practice since the millennium group came in my doctor is much quicker and seems more interested in getting to another patient then taking time with you sad thing. They called my wife with test results they left a message for her to call she did 1 time 2 times 3 times last call was well get back to you within 24 hours well good luck on that I will get away from this group as soon as I find a doctor that is as good as my doctor USED to be no more Millennium group .G.T. Hammer
Went to MPG of Port Charlotte 2 days ago. Frustrated to have to stand in line over 30 minutes just to check in and then not be seen for another 2 and a half hours wasnt the worst part. Started taking my medication and having what the instructions said were severe side effects so I called 3 times and was disconnected after they had all my info including phone number and no one has returned my call or addressed my issues which include having a hard time breathing. Still waiting as Im writing this review They said someone would call within 15 minutes. Their phone call is now an hour and 30 minutes over due. You think they care about their patients? I will not be going back. I went to talk to a pharmacist to ease my mind and get his advice on what to do next. That took a fraction of the time that Ive spent trying to get help from MPG. I talked to 3 different people about my side effects and my info and not one has gotten back with me. I am seen by a doctor about once a year or less so the next time I need medical attention it will NOT be from MPG Shame on all of the ones I talked to and their lack of concern. This is the first review Ive ever left so I guess that should speak volumes to possible future patients.
My doctor at Fort Myers office. Left 2 online portal messages Friday and Sunday..no response called early Monday and on call doctor was supposed to call within 30 minutes...no call. Called office and was told doctor Candelore was get back to me when she could she had a busy morning. I wanted to just make an appointment and was told we dont see sick people in the office Sure dont need this kind of care.
UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE Last week I called to find out what day the only doctor that gives cortisone injections would be on duty at the walk in clinic Dr Cislo. I was told Monday so I drove there yesterday 12 hr drive and nobody was in the lobby so Im thinking Ill be outta here in no time. WRONG I stood at the check in window for 10 mins B4 the gal showed up to check me in first act of incompetence. I asked if Cislo was in fact on duty and she said no he works on Thursdays second act of incompetence So I explained how I called last week and hes the only doc that will give me a shot and she said Oh the doctor on duty now can do thatthird act of incompetence So I waited another half hour only to have her slide the window open and say Im so sorry the doctor on duty doesnt do cortisone injections fourth act of incompetence WTF if your not 100% sure then you ask B4 making me wait for nothing.
I took my daughter to the Bonita Springs Walk In Clinic and she saw the Physicians Asst Dr. Marc. He was amazing. He took his time explaining everything and was extremely thorough. My daughter HATES the doctor and gets very nervous but he kept her super calm and overall it was a great experience for being at the doctor
Made an appointment for the Venice walkin clinic. While registering online the portal noted that I had to call the site prior to coming in. Gave them a call and the receptionist encouraged me to come in right away as there was no wait. Hurried over there. After waiting over an hour I asked what was up. Was told I was next. My appointment time came and went and still I left waiting. They then proceeded to take in 2 other people ahead of me one of whom had a limp and was not in any distress as she chatted up another person nonstop while laughing and joking. It is also worth noting that the online portal said the wait was 17 minutes. After waiting an hour past my appointment time total of 2 hours I decided to leave. NEVER AGAIN
I have to tell you that I have been going to my PCP almost as long as he has been practicing medicine since 2001. His office joined MPG in 2019 and weve had nothing but problems ever since. They didnt even have a fulltime office manager for the first 6 months or so and things were a huge mess and theyve never been able to get ahead of it. We were referred to a regional manager because of all the issues we were having. The regional Casey Jabot offered to assist with any issues but they were so regular that she asked me to just call the office since she was not effective in assisting or ever producing positive results at the office. I cant begin to tell you how disappointed we are with MPG but even more disappointed to say goodbye to our PCP of 20 years and feeling sorry for those patients who still remain and hope they dont become victims to the chronic negligence of MPG.
Worst run Medical office I have ever been in. When patients have given them updated info to their insurance medical status it never seems to get entered in ones record. Can never get an individual on the phone who knows what to do. Just keep transferring patients back and forth on the phone. Im looking at an $800 bill from lab work while I am on medicare because Millennium is unable to do their job and update records by typing kets on a computer. Love my doctor but cant stand Millenniums incompetence.
Millennium Physicians Group admins and secretarys are rude and judgmental. They do not want any patients that do not see them annually or less. If you are healthy and get sick do not go to Millennium. They do not want patients that are healthy and do not see them annually. IMA was an excellent group but when Millennium took over they terminated all insurance with LEE HEALTH the largest employer in the county.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
