I want to say how wonderful the staff has been to me very polite and the service was amazing such a good experience!

Told me to be here at 3:45pm. Recieved multiple text messages telling me day and time. Show up for my appointment and they tell me the doctor no longer sees anyone after 3pm. Then proceeded to listen to my private phone call I made to see when I could have a babysitter again and was given attitude and talked to while on a private call. Never go here!

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, 15 mins before scheduled appt, aka in the parking lot, as we live 30 mins away we were told the doctor lived in Winter Haven and didn't know she had to be in Sebring. Really disappointed as we confirmed the appt at 9 am. A waist of time and wages.

Office manager Amber and her staff are great. Very courteous and professional. I had an afternoon appt and the Dr was way behind timewise. I rescheduled for a morning appt 2 days later and was out in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you Amber and staff.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The doctor is someone who I recommend for your future care. The selection of glasses is plentiful for styles and price ranges. They worked with me on my budget. Would go back for my next purchase. They also adjusted my glasses after a couple of weeks once I got used to them.

Had a great experience. Dr.McCoy was awesome as well as Cynthia walking me through insurance stuff. Great visit..

I purchased two pair of glasses which I loved but they were uncomfortable and both caused a blister on one side of my nose. I returned for adjustments quite a few times over four months but they could not get them where they didn't hurt. I have worn plastic glasses for a long time but never had a problem. The technicians in this store were so compassionate because they could see I was in pain. They worked very hard to fix the problem but to no avail. The company remade glasses for me and they look and feel great. Thank you all.

I went to pick up glasses. When I tried them on and could actually see I didn't like the way they looked on me. I asked Justin if I could change them. The manager said no. I paid a lot of money I don't think that's fair. So I'm stuck with them for a year. Next step facebook.

Hands down best eye office I’ve ever been!! Started from the front very nice front desk. Dr. Varghese is outstanding very informative and tons of knowledge. I am so glad I made my appointment with his office. And the girls that are glasses specialized in the office Jasmine, and Talisha are very professional and exceed any standards I’ve Experienced . They were very proficient at there jobs ! executing it with ease. They ordered a pair of glasses for me that I really liked and I will definitely recommend any friends and family to have there eyes checked with them !!!!!!!

My wife and I would like to express our gratitude To the staff And the doctor Of optical outlets in Sebring Florida Words can't express the Thanks of all they have done Going above and beyond to make out appt go smoothly And working the glitches out with our insurance company. Allowing us too obtain the best that they can offer. It has been the best experience in ever obtaining eyewear. From anywhere else. Thank You Sarah . you are such a people person and your customer service skills are second to none. The Staff was wonderful and The Eye Doctor Made my wife's day.
